INVESTMENT GURU USED BY CRUSH, FEELS LIKE INVESTMENT GOONDU INSTEAD

A guy has shared his story with us on how he was recently used by his co-worker crush at his investment company to free up her time to go out with her boyfriend.

Here is the story

“I have been working at this investment firm for a few years and have been crushing on this colleague of my who have also joined this investment company for a few years.

The first day I stepped into this investment company, I have already set my eyes on her but I have never dare to talk to her about anything else other than our investment related work.

Recently, there were some reshuffle going on in my investment company and through some good luck, out boss put both of us together, which meant to me that I could take my time to court her.

All was going perfect for me as after we were grouped together, she opened up to me and became more chummy and sometimes touchy.

One day after discussing about some investments that we have to propose to our boss, she asked me if I liked the idea of catching a movie with someone I like.

Thinking that she was hinting me, I told her that I would love to.

She then told me that it has always been her idea to catch a movie at Vivo after work because she finds there romantic but there would be no time as there is still so much paperwork for the investment proposal to our boss to be done and she will not be able to go home to doll up for a date.

Stupidly, I told her that she could leave the work to me so that she could go home to prepare before going to meet the person she “likes” later at Vivo.

She thanked me profusely and even gave me a peck on my cheeks before leaving.

I rushed the paperwork quickly and bought two tickets and texted her the movie timings.

She never replied to my messages and I even saw her at Vivo with another guy.

I then asked her on the next day in office on what she meant by whatever she said the day before, and she said that she would like the idea of catching a movie after work with someone she likes but that person is not me as she has never liked me more than a co-worker.

I might be an investment guru, but in love, I am an investment goondu.”

ONCE CROWDED KSL MALL IN JB, NOW DEAD TOWN WITHOUT SHOPPERS

A group on Facebook shared a few photos recently showing the sorry state of the once crowded and bustling with life KSL Mall over at our neighbouring Johor Bahru.

A closer look at the photos showed that most of the shops in the mall has had their shutters closed and the event space once filled with many push cart shops and people is also empty.

There are only a few shops which remain open, but there are also barely any customers in sight even in the Hotel lobby area.

SHOPPERS PASTE STICKERS ALL OVER WATERWAY POINT ESCALATOR

Just finished my meal at Koufu at Waterway Point and saw lots of stickers on the rubber handle of the escalator.

The poor cleaners (often old aunties and uncles) will have much difficulties getting it off! It would be nice if we could just get rid of it in the right way. There is a board right outside the food court for you to get rid of the used stickers or just dump it in the rubbish bin.

Let’s be kind to one another:)。

MAN GOT MARRIED TO HIS RICE COOKER, THEN DIVORCED 4 DAYS LATER

An Indonesian man was seen in a series of photos posted on Facebook, getting married to his beloved rice cooker.

He was wearing a groom’s attire while the rice cooker wore a bride’s veil.

The man kissed the rice cooker during the solemnisation ceremony.

However, their love was not to last, as the couple then got divorced 4 days later because the groom felt that his “wife” is only good at cooking rice and not other dishes.
