177 COVID-19 CASES REPORTED TODAY, 90 UNLINKED

Singapore has reported a total of 177 new cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 today, including 90 that are currently unlinked.

This is the highest number of cases reported since July 21, when 179 cases were reported then.

54 locally transmitted cases are linked to past cases, and have already been placed in quarantine.

33 locally transmitted cases are also linked to past cases but detected through surveillance.

One senior aged 70 who is unvaccinated was reported to have contracted the virus, and risk the danger of serious illnesses.

Three imported cases are also reported today and all of them developed the illness while in isolation.

In total, the case count in Singapore for Wednesday (Sep 1) is 180.

There are currently a total of 67,800 cases in Singapore as of today.

A complaint was posted on Facebook after a man witness many empty cans of cheap beer and empty beer bottles left behind at a void deck

The photos invited many netizens to point out their personal views on disgusting behaviours by individuals

But one netizen said something controversial

RESTAURANT TOILET PIPE BURST, “PANGSAI WATER” SQUIRT EVERYWHERE

A video emerged online showing a group of restaurant patrons enjoying their meal at the unnamed restaurant.

Suddenly, one of the pipes overhead holding all the dirty toilet water (ie. all the pangsai water) burst and squirted on to the staff below.

The brown sh*t water then overflowed into the restaurant where all the customers were eating.

WOMAN BUY MARTELL TO DISINFECT THE TABLE INSIDE CLUB

A photo emerged online showing a woman who was presumably drunk inside a club.

She was seen holding onto a bottle of Martell and trying to pour it into her glass in a drunken stupor.

However, unbeknownst to her inebriated self, she missed the glass and had been pouring it onto the table.

10 PERSON CAUGHT FOR ILLEGAL HORSE GAMBLING IN YISHUN

The Police are investigating nine men and one woman, aged between 58 and 79, for their suspected involvement in illegal horse betting activities and for alleged non-compliance of safe distancing measures (SDM).

On 29 August 2021, officers from Woodlands Police Division conducted enforcement operations along Yishun Avenue 5. A 72-year-old man is being investigated for his suspected involvement as a bookmaker while eight men and a woman, aged between 58 and 79, are being investigated for allegedly betting with bookmakers.

In addition, the woman is also being investigated for an offence under the Remote Gambling Act. Cash amounting to more than $1,700, two mobile phones and betting paraphernalia were seized. Investigations are ongoing.

Under the Betting Act, any person who bets with a bookmaker shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or both. Any person who is found to be involved in bookmaking shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than $20,000, and not more than $200,000, and shall also be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

Under the Remote Gambling Act, any person involved in unlawful remote gambling shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both.

A video emerged online showing a couple getting lovey dovey with each other.

The guy was seen hugging the girl and biting her cheek.

A netizen commented that it was because he was malnourished and hungry and his girlfriend was the only food source nearby.

KINDHEARTED BUS DRIVER OPEN UMBRELLA TO SHELTER PASSENGERS INTO BUS

A heartwarming video emerged online showing a bus driver alighting from her bus armed with an umbrella.

It was raining very heavily at the time and she opened her umbrella to shelter her passengers onto her bus, shielding them from the rain.

Such acts of kindness are commendable, kudos to this driver with a heart of gold.

A man was seen walking around in public fully n*ked.

He was seen walking around the side of the road before stopping at a bus stop.

There were many passing vehicles at the time and people presumably saw his little bird dangling in the wind.

UNCLE CANNOT TAHAN ANYMORE, HIDE BEHIND BUSHES AND PANGSAI

A video emerged online showing an uncle openly taking a sh*t in public.

He was seen hiding behind some bushes and sh*tting, before standing up and wondering how in mother nature’s big blue earth was he going to wipe his backside.

It is unclear what he did with the sh*t that he left behind or how he wiped his butt.

ACCIDENT AT WOODLANDS, MOTORCYCLES PENGSAN ON THE ROAD

An accident occurred at Woodlands Avenue 2, involving 2 motorcycles.

The motorcycles were seen collapsed onto the ground.

A few traffic police officers was seen at the scene talking to what we assume to be the motorists involved in the accident.
