My husband and I had a very fast courtship and engagement. We met and married within 11 months and have been married for 4 years.

My husband has a job that requires him to travel a lot. Without giving too much information he is a VP of sales for a company so he’s constantly working and travelling about 50% of the time. I entered our marriage knowing this and have never had an issue.

I learned about 7 months after our wedding that he had actually been engaged to someone else, let’s call her Amanda, at the time we met. He claimed he was worried about hurting her as they had been together for a long time in the past. However what hurt me the most is that he did not call off their engagement until he proposed to me. We’ve worked through that issue thanks to therapy and we continued to still go to therapy.

Early last week I discovered I was pregnant with our third child. He was overseas so I thought it would be fun to surprise him with the news at his hotel so I planned on getting a cake with “you’re going to be a dad..again” delivered to his hotel. I called the hotel asking how I could go about this and was told they didn’t have him staying at that hotel. I assumed I had messed up where he was staying but I know his company would only put him in that hotel group.

I have, admittedly, over looked some red flags and realized something was going on. I know he keeps all his passwords the same and I know our passwords for Netflix etc and logged into his Facebook and Instagram to snoop. While snooping I found DMs with Amanda that were flirty and she had been tagging him in stories.

I called him up and asked him if there was anything he wanted to tell me. He said absolutely not, and I said are you sure because I know you’re not staying at X hotel because I was trying to surprise you with something. After now being together I can pick up on some of his lying tells and when he tried to tell me he was somewhere else I called him out on his tell and he said he would be home that night and we could talk.

I assumed he was coming home to tell me that he and Amanda were seeing each other but instead he told me that he had been having an affair with a woman we will call Sarah and Sarah and him have 2 kids together. He was with her and has not been going on as many work trips since COVID started.

The kicker is, he started seeing Sarah while still engaged to Amanda and his kids with her are 6 and one who will be 4 a week before our 4 year anniversary. He and Sarah both claim that they haven’t had “intimate relations” since their youngest was conceived. He was seeing both Sarah, Amanda, and I at once in the beginning of our relationship.

I asked him about his dms with Amanda and he said that they had reconnected at a reunion gathering, which I did not go to because I had just given birth two nights before, last year and had been hanging out with old friends.

I am absolutely devastated and confused. I gave birth to our first son January of 2020, our second son June of 2021, and like I said am currently pregnant with our third.

The betrayal goes farther with the fact his mother has been helping him hide this secret from everyone. She has been the best grandmother to my boys and is very active in their life and helps me with cleaning our home and giving me time to do things away from the kids. She knew every time he was going to go see Sarah and their kids and never once told me.

I’m coming to the realization that everything in my world revolves around him. I can’t even begin to talk to my friends about this because all of my friends are his friends wives. I feel like I am this big joke to his friends and family and I’m not sure how to change that. I don’t have a job because i quit it to be able to travel with him when we got engaged. I feel like I’m stuck and don’t know how to get out. Has anyone left a marriage not knowing where to go or how to survive?

A guy shared how he found his cousin’s explicit photos on an escort website and has been “using” the photos for his own pleasure.

“A little while ago one of my cousins that I’m no longer very close with added me on a social site. I honestly didn’t even recognize her.

One of her posts included that she is an escort now. Curiosity got the better of me, and being a degenerate pervert, I ended up looking up her name.

It didn’t take me long to find pictures of her without clothes as well as in the process of carrying out her duties as an escort.

I ended up saving them and have been “making use” of them regularly since. She’s still fairly attractive and her body is pretty damn nice.

If we weren’t cousins, I’d have no issue and no shame in cranking one out to her every so often. But, since we are, there’s a little extra taboo bent to it.

Mind, I would never actually do anything in real life with her. I don’t really feel like I’m invading her privacy or anything. I mean, they’re literally on public websites posted BY HER.

No, I’m not going to divulge her name. No, I’m not going to share them with anyone else. It’d be too risky and easy for identify me if she found out.”

I’m day drinking and upset.

I guess I’m just feeling bitter, and I try my best to not be, but I can’t help it right now because she’s got another achievement under her belt while I’m left here in the dust, just watching from the sidelines, and I’m so full of resentment.

I posted about her right before my life imploded. We had a pretty great life together. Two great kids who got along. A nice place. It was nice.

But I wasn’t ‘fulfilling her needs’, but she never properly communicated them to me. I never knew she was reaching the end of her rope with the relationship.

The worst part is, I still have to see her. I can’t avoid it because my kid loves her, and I’m the only father the youngest has ever known. She lets me take my little girl on the weekends, even though she doesn’t have to, which is great, really. I do appreciate it.

But every time I hear about how great she’s doing or how much she’s changed, I want to rip out my hair and scream. It’s like she’s someone completely different.

Her health is improving, which is fantastic, and she can work more than she used to, which is also fantastic.

But she went and got a job in corporate America, even though she’s not like that. She gets paid way more than me, and flaunts it by telling me about how she’s meeting with lawyers to set up trust accounts for the girls, or how she has a huge fund going for my daughter because she’s going to university in two years, or how she’s going to finance a car, or save up for a house. She has a ton of money in a life insurance account and made sure to tell me how much was in it under the guise of telling me how the kids would be taken care of if she dies.

She never cared about money, but now she’s all about it. We’re not a trust fund family and never will be, no matter how hard she tries to pretend.

She even listens to different music now, and chews gum?? She never liked gum? She’s says it “helps her study”.

Now, recently, she’s stopped coming by to cook for me and the kids. She’s obsessed with studying for an exam to become some hotshot stock broker because she thinks she can do stocks after making some money off of the market last year. She convinced a company to hire her, even though she has no experience with stuff like that.

Jesus Christ, she was a stay at home mom with an antique Etsy business for years, and she thinks she’s going to become some Wolf of Wall Street character?

She used to come over once a week to meal prep, but she’s taking that away from me, too. She says she’s studying for her field’s equivalent to the bar exam, which is crazy. She’s never even been to school for this.

And she acts like she’s such a hotshot. She wouldn’t give me her manger’s contact information because of “security reasons” and she says that she has to follow certain government rules these days because of her job, which is BS. She doesn’t work for the government, she works in a call centre. She’s practically a telemarketer from what I’ve heard about her job.

I’m just so angry about everything she’s done in the last few years. She’s left me behind and I hate it.

I have to see her every weekend when she comes over to make food for the kids, which she just wraps up and throws into the freezer, by the way, and she’s constantly throwing her good news in my face.

She used to bring Emma by on Saturdays and spend the day here cooking and spending time with both kids. She did it for YEARS until she got her fancy new job, so she’s fading that out, too.
