A video was posted on Roads.sg of a driver who was extremely reckless (SJG2938B) while merging to the expressway ahead of an oil tanker (XE2003T).

It appears that he did not check the blind spot when merging.

“He had no idea of the blind spot just in front of the tanker. He did not make it in time and the tanker collided with his car at the front left, causing the car to rotate and slam into a taxi (SJG2938B) in the middle lane.

This caused the taxi to fly into my car in the fast lane and into the barrier. Terrible way to cause an accident and a 3-hour jam, closing 3 lanes of BKE.”

Happened along BKE (SLE) on 9/7/21 at 1308 hours.
