ELDERLY FOOD PANDA RIDER DRENCHED & OFFERS $50 TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE APP GOT PROBLEMS

An elderly man had to make several trips to deliver one customer’s food after the FoodPanda app screws up. The man who is in his 60s was told by the customer that some of the items were missing, the worried elderly rushes back to collect the missing items but realised that it was the app that screwed up the old man’s day.

Here is the story:

So this happened today…

Ordered food and beverages for 5pax from FoodPanda at 7:34 pm (from Maxwell Hawker Centre)

A deliveryman in his 60s made the delivery at approx 8:15 pm

I noticed that there was only 1 food item with 5 beverages.

The deliveryman said that the food consolidator confirmed that the order was complete before handing it over to him.

I showed the deliveryman my order list, and without complaining or pushing the problem back to me, the deliveryman offered to head back to Maxwell Hawker Centre to get my food, which I agreed to without any fuss.

It started raining around 9 pm.

Foodpanda called me at 9:10 pm to inform me that their deliveryman is at my door, but he wasn’t.

The same deliveryman returned at approx 9:15 pm with an additional food item, drenched and extremely apologetic.

The food consolidator had knocked off for the day, and some of the stalls that I had ordered food from had closed. The delivery man was on the brink of tears and offered to reimburse me $50 so that he would not get penalized by Foodpanda. I firmly rejected his offer and told him that it’s ok, I know that the platform is prone to f**k ups.

Deliveryman pleaded with me to call Foodpanda to inform them of the situation so that he wouldn’t get penalized. Amidst navigating the Foodpandaa App, my order was updated, having removed 3 food items and the cost. Foodpanda, you really need to be less rigid and more compassionate.

RUDE LYOD’S INN HOTEL STAFF SAYS “HOSPITAL ALSO USE THIS BLANKET”

A netizen paid for a $400 hotel but what she got is a room that is much lower than expectations, not only that when they requested for blankets the service staff was far from above and beyond and gave them bad bad service

Here is the story:

A very disappointing experience! We have booked the Big Garden room for 4 persons and did not do much browsing around for review beforehand. The “garden” turned out to be an empty gaunt little yard with only 1 skinny tree.

And the room is meagerly decorated, 2 “extra beds” are actually very thin mattresses being placed on the wooden plank. Attached to the mattress are 2 pieces of rough harsh brown “blankets” which we were asking for a replacement (we got rejected in the first place by the receptionist due to “this is the particular blanket goes with extra bed and can’t be changed).

When we insisted that we couldn’t sleep with that piece of garment, they decided to add an additional layer of quilt outside. But when the hotel housekeeping staff came to our room to add in the quilt, she commented “Hospital also used this one “ hinting that we were over-demanding and being unreasonable.

The room is poorly soundproof where we occasionally heard some disturbing noise from other rooms.

Sorry for being blunt because this hotel not only wasted our precious time which we thought we could have a good time, but the quality of the facility there are much worse than one could ever imagine plus the service & attitude of the staff there are totally unacceptable and the price wasn’t even cheap.

PAID : $400 for the room

Here is his story:

Hi bro, My wife and I have been together for more than 5years plus with 2 kids. This bugger came in because they are work colleagues. He tried to hit on my wife when they’re working together.

Calling her names and stuff. Even dated her for a movie date and dinner date. I found out every single thing and saw every single text they exchanged but sorry I don’t have many screenshots of it.

Appreciate it if u could help. Now my wife and I are in a deep mess because of this bugger. I caught him putting his hands on my wife’s lap when my wife is sitting close to him.

And his excuse is that he’s asking my wife to sit over to my side as I’m staring at him. I saw every single thing that he has done on that very night.
