A group of errant cyclists were seen in open defiance, riding their bicycles in a park with a visible “no riding” sign.
They were seen riding past the sign and ignoring the rules as they rode up the boardwalk in Pasir Ris Park.

The owner of a Lamborghini in China was seen on video using the exhaust of his supercar to barbecue a skewer of meat.
He was in an underground carpark in Hunan province, China, for a “cookout”.
His car ended up overheating and he had to send it for repairs, racking up over $103,702 in charges.

A chicken nugget from a McDonald’s BTS meal that was shaped like a character from the video game, Among Us, was sold for $99,997 on eBay.
The website’s listing said that the solitary piece of nugget has an average expiration of about 14 days and will be delivered before it expires.
It was initially listed for 99 cents on Ebay, and two days later sombody placed a bid of $14,869.69 for the nugget and things just escalated, with the final bidding price standing at $99,997.

A foreigner living in Singapore shared his story about how he allegedly was charged with ridiculous and nonsensical rates.
Initially, his landlord told him that the rental fee per month will be $400. However, after he agreed, his landlord stated a bunch of weird rules that he has to follow.
Some of the rules include paying an extra $2 if he does night duty, paying an extra $400 if there is a lockdown month, and paying an extra $13.33 per day if he stays at home for more than 12 hours per day.
His landlord allegedly even wanted to sue him as he did not stay at the apartment for at least 6 months.

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) suspended the license of food stall AH LIM JLN. TUA KONG located at 64 Joo Chiat Place.
The Mee Pok Stall will be suspended from 2 June 2021 till 15 June 2021.
The license of the food stall was suspended as they failed to keep their restaurant free from cockroach infestation.
All staffs handling food at the stall will need to re-attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 before resuming work.
Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be taking leave from 7 June to 11 June, and because he will remain contactable during the period, no acting Prime Minister will be appointed.
Because Heng Swee Keat stepped aside as the Deputy Prime Minister in April (Heng would’ve been the acting PM), PM Lee therefore reverted to the previous arrangement where Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean will become the acting PM during PM Lee’s absence.
PM Lee previously said (on 8 April when responding on queries about acting PM) that SM Teo’s appointment is “the interim arrangement until such time as the 4G chooses a new leader from among themselves.”

Shortly after the video was posted, a flurry of comments were made against the man in the red polo feeling negative of his behaviour
A 25-year-old girl, Carmen Cai Yi Lee, the daughter of Malaysian immigrants, was shots and killed in a small city outside of Atlanta, Georgia, while she was driving home from a friend’s BBQ.
She was just one week away from her birthday.
A police officer noticed her car pulled over on the road on 29 May, at around 9.30pm, and checked the vehicle, finding Lee unresponsive in the driver’s seat.
They then rendered aid to the girl and discovered a gunshot wound on her.
She was then pronounced dead at the scene.
The Georgia police are appealing for information that might help them in their investigation of her death.
Lee’s parents emigrated to the US from Malaysia before she was born, and her boyfriend described Lee, the oldest of 3 children, as the “most gentle soul” and “selfless”.
Lee’s brother said that “all she wanted to do (was) ease the pain of her parents” by dedicating herself to have a successful life.
A GoFundMe page was also set up by her younger brother to raise money for her parents to cover her funeral costs.
It has since raised over US$60k.

He then called himself a racist before shaming the couple further.
