KIND-HEARTED TAXI DRIVER GO ALL THE WAY TO PASSENGER’S HOUSE TO RETURN LOST WALLET

A taxi passenger shared how he absent-mindedly left his mobile phone, along with his credit cards and IC inside a taxi.

He shared that he was chatting with the taxi uncle and learned that the driver was having a hard time making money due to the pandemic and the recent Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) measures.

He was trying to cheer up the uncle and overshot his destination by about 25m.

After alighting, he then realised that he left his valuables behind and panicked because he didn’t know the taxi’s license plate number.

He the called his own mobile phone but there was no answer.

He even went back to the taxi stand where he boarded the taxi to try to look for the driver but couldn’t find him.

Desperate and devastated, he returned home only to find an old man appearing at his doorstep with his mobile phone and valuables (all intact).

He then thanked the driver and gave him all the cash inside his wallet ($100).

He shared that the uncle was uneducated, thus he didn’t know how to operate the smart phone; but he took the trouble to return the phone to him.

The passenger was really touched and appealed to the public to give him a little tip if they ever board his taxi, SHD 2047L.

Well done uncle!

NEIGHBOUR PROVOKES FAMILY BY SPRAYING INSECTICIDE TO PREVENT THEM FROM SLEEPING

Source: sgfollowsall

A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a neighbour spraying insecticide in the direction of his neighbour at night to prevent them from sleeping. They would do many things just to antagonize their neighbour such as screaming at the top of their lungs and even ringing a bell as early as 5am.

Here is the full story.

It all started when my family and I moved 4 years ago. My mom is a plant lover, she has potted plants outside of our units which she takes very good care & always have maintain her mini corridor garden. The first dispute was, my neighbour complained to Town Council about my mom’s potted plants was blocking the corridor & always very dirty according to her there’s alot of mosquitos.

When town council came to inspect, it was all clear & her mini garden was well maintained and town council had no issues with my mother’s garden which made my neighbour more pissed off and made other ways to provoke our family by splashing water, spraying insecticide claiming theres alot of mosquitoes & playing very loud & one time screaming ontop of her lungs chanting to one of the songs .
And also, there was one night my window was left open because it was a very warm night i was awaken by the smell of insecticide & was choking. My neighbour would also splash water to the extend that the water would reach my doorstep. Playing very loud prayer music*** and there was this whole period of my neighbour constantly ringing a bell as early as 5-6AM.
