TAXI UNCLE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT AT COFFEESHOP, SO HE EAT INSIDE HIS CAR BOOT

Due to the new tightened restrictions which saw dining-in being banned temporarily, people have been seeking alternatives to dining-in at coffeeshops and F&N outlets.

It isn’t easy for those who drive taxis, because it would be inconvenient for them to pack food home to eat during their break, and they don’t have an office.

One taxi uncle had the brilliant idea of eating inside his taxi’s trunk.

ONG YE KUNG: GOVT WILL MONITOR & DECIDE IF ANOTHER CIRCUIT BREAKER NEEDED

The Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) announced in a press conference yesterday (16 May), that in light of the recent spike of Covid-19 cases in Singapore and the tightening of restrictions on Covid-19 measures, the government will continue to monitor the situation and come to a decision later, as to whether another circuit breaker will be implemented.

Ong explained that the government needs to consider some factors before a decision is made.

He pointed out that yesterday was the first day that more stringent measures were put in place, coupled with the pairing of Antigen Rapid Testing (ART) with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing, cases will be detected much faster.

Among the factors to be monitored will be how cases surface and if they can be flushed out more quickly, and also the severity of the disease among the people who have been vaccinated, as well as those who have been infected by vaccinated individuals.

Ong added that when the time is right, they will make the right decisions, and that “if it is a circuit breaker, we will say it is a circuit breaker.”

MAN SLEEPS WITH BEST FRIEND’S WIFE TO PROVE THAT SHE IS A CHEATER

Image for illustration purposes only

A Singapore Uncensored reader sends in a story of how he helped his friend uncover the truth of his wife.

Here is the story:

“I was out drinking and eating and I saw my friend’s wife hanging out with a few guys but she did not recognize me in the pub. I was working previously overseas and missed my friend’s wedding, the wife knew about the husband’s best friend name is “Ryan” but have not seen me before.

I continued drinking and I notice she was kissing and hugging one of the guys in the group. I did not know what to do. The next day I told my friend about it and he was in disbelief and said that I was drunk.

A month has gone by and I saw his wife again in the pub and I decided to hit on her and I managed to get her number and even ask her out.

I went drinking with my friend’s wife and she decided to get intimate with me and followed me home. On the way home. I Whatsapp my friend and told him to wait near my home and avoid the elevator area, he was quite pissed and he still did not believe that his wife was so “loose”.

After the girl was on my bed, I told her that I am going for a shower first but I called my friend to come up immediately. She was waiting on my bed not knowing that her husband was on his way over.

The next 5 minutes were the worse torture for my best friend, he came into my room and saw her preparing to undress in my room. Only then she realized that I’m her husband’s friend. He immediately took photos of me and her to use as evidence against her if needed.

The commotion was so noisy that the whole neighborhood could hear them.

6 Months went by and they are finally divorced, many said that I should not have done that but my best friend thanked me for saving him.

In his words he said: “Thank god you did such an incredible test for me, lucky we did not have kids yet and I rather found out sooner than later.””
