JEALOUS WOMAN THREATENS TO SEND CONVO WITH F**K BUDDY TO HIS WIFE

A woman shared that she was in a Friends With Benefits relationship with a guy she met online, and that their arrangement was only for s*x.

She then confessed her feelings to him one day but the guy rejected her and told her that he’d stop meeting her anymore.

The woman was devastated.

The guy soon got married about a year later, but he still messaged her, telling her that married life is “not as fun as making out with you”.

He then told her: “If you wanna meet up, we still can.”

The woman then blocked him because she’s still “hurt” by him choosing to get married not long after he told her that he didn’t want a relationship with her.

She said that she still goes to his Facebook and Whatsapp to look at pictures of him and his wife.

She added that she wanted to screenshot their conversations and sent it to his wife, who is “blissfully unaware of his behaviour and keeps putting up lovey-dovey pictures of them.”

AUNTIE GIVE 8 Y.O ONE TIGHT SLAP FOR ACCIDENTALLY STEPPING ON HER FOOT, FINED

Connie Soh, 46-years-old, pleaded guilty to one count of voluntarily causing hurt.

She reportedly slapped an 8-year-old girl in the face for accidentally stepping on her foot, and was fined $5,000 for her troubles earlier today (18 June).

What happened?

On 15 July 2020, at about 1.47pm, the 8-year-old girl was boarding the MRT at Choa Chu Kang station when she accidentally stepped on Soh’s left foot.

The girl apologised to Soh, but Soh was talking on her phone at the time and didn’t hear the girl.

Soh then confronted the girl’s mother, who told her that her daughter did apologised; an argument soon ensued.

When the mother and daughter arrived at their train stop and wanted to alight at Yew Tee station, Soh slapped the girl in the face to stop her from leaving.

The girl then started crying and her mother called the police.

The girl was then conveyed to NUH by her mother, where she was found with a bruised left cheek.

She was given 2 days MC.

GRANDMA’S GHOST CAME BACK TO SAY GOODBYE FOR THE LAST TIME

A netizen shared an experience she had with her late grandmother that was spooky but yet heartwarmingly touching.

She said that there’s this belief among the Chinese that when someone in their family passes away, their soul will linger on earth for 7 days before they move on to the other world.

The girl’s grandmother passed away before Chinese New Year back in 2009, and she was waiting alongside her relatives for her to “appear”.

On the 7th day of her grandmother’s passing, her father was away and her mother was afraid of sleeping alone, so she asked her to sleep with her in the master bedroom.

Her mother then went to the kitchen for a smoke, leaving the girl alone in the room, lying on the bed.

She then heard snoring inside the room, even though she was the only one inside.

She then said out lout: “Popo (grandma), if you are here, can you wait for me to fall asleep first? Because I’m scared if you are really here.”

The storing then stopped.

The girl then (in a state of panic) hid under her blankets and tried to sleep.

That night in her dreams, she saw her grandmother scolding her in her dreams, angry that she was afraid of her.

But she told her that it doesn’t matter because she was the easiest person for her to reach out to.

The Ah Ma also said that she didn’t have much time and had to go soon, before leaving some messages to the girl to relay to her family and relatives.

The girl then woke up the next morning in tears, having got the opportunity to see her grandmother for the last time.

DINING-IN TO BE RESUMED FROM 21 JUNE, BUT MAX OF 2 PER GROUP

The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced today (18 June) that dining in at F&B outlets will be allowed to resume from 21 June onwards.

However, only groups of 2 people will be allowed instead of the 5 per group as originally planned.

The 2-per-group rule will also apply to indoor fitness activities with masks off.

MOH also added that groups of more than two people who are not from the same household will not be allowed to dine-in together at F&B outlets, even if they are split across multiple tables.

Co-chair of the Multi-Ministry Taskforce Lawrence Wong said:

“We allow people from the same household to have multiple tables, but they have to make very clear that they are from the same household, that is not new.”

“We’ve allowed that before and we will continue to do so. But if you are not from the same household, then you cannot go and do multiple bookings or have multiple tables, so the same rules that previously applied will continue to apply.”

Which means that a group of 6 family members will not be allowed to sit together as a table of 6.

GUY WOKEN UP BY GHOST SHAKING HIS BED AT 2AM INSIDE BUNK

A netizen shared about his paranormal encounter during his NS days.

He wrote that he was sleeping on the top bunk of a double decker bed, while his “annoying but funny” buddy slept on the lower deck.

One night, at about 2am, he was woken up from his sleep by violent shaking from the lower deck of the bed.

He shouted at his buddy:

“OI DON’T PLAY LAH!”

He then looked down at the bed below him,

There was no one there.

It then dawned on him and he suddenly remembered that his buddy was clearing his annual leave and wasn’t even in the camp that day.

So who was shaking the bed? Was it a ghost? Or was it something else?

You decide.

MOE: RACIST ACTS BY STAFF AND STUDENTS IN SCHOOL WILL BE DEALT WITH

The Ministry of Education (MOE) said on 17 June that students and staff who experience racism in schools should bring it up to their institutions immediately so that investigations can be conducted.

They also added that those who engage in racist acts will be counselled and disciplined.

MOE further reiterated that any form of racism is unacceptable and has no place in local schools.

MOE said:

“We expect all educators to conduct themselves to the highest standards of their profession, given their position of influence over their students, and we will not hesitate to take the appropriate disciplinary actions against offenders.”

“Our schools aim to provide a supportive and safe environment where students and staff, regardless of their race and religion, can build strong and positive relationships, voice their concerns, and seek help from their teachers and peers.”

“Within the classroom, topics on multiculturalism and the importance of racial harmony are taught in subjects like Character and Citizenship Education, history and social studies.”

“These values are practised and reinforced beyond the classroom as students interact with one another during student development experiences like CCA and cohort camps.”

This comes in the light of more and more minorities coming out with their experiences with racial prejudices during their time in school, as well as the recent viral news about the racist Ngee Ann Polytechnic lecturer Tan Boon Lee flaming Islam in his classrooms.
