An advisory from Jurongville Secondary School was published and send to parents after a student was found positive for Covid-19.

A secondary 1 student was tested positive for Covid-19 on 21 July 2021, the student was last in school on 19 July 2021.

The school will go through disinfection and close contacts such as students and staff will only return to school after 2nd August

The stuck up auntie who refused to share a lift with a food delivery rider, is back again with details about her antics being revealed by her neighbours.

A neighbour shared that she also didn’t wear a mask and allegedly cooked along the corridor, stir frying some meat and vegetables right outside the neighbour’s window.

She allegedly did this on at least 2 occasions.

However, the auntie’s husband has since come out and said that it was “creative” of his wife to cook along the corridor.

He also said that there was nothing wrong for her to refuse sharing lift with the rider because she wanted to maintain safe distancing.

According to the Ministry of Health(MOH) As of 25 July 2021, 12pm, they have preliminarily confirmed 117 new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection.

46 are linked to the Jurong Fishery Port cluster and 5 belong to the KTV cluster.

Of the 117 cases today, 43 are linked to previous cases and have already been placed on quarantine. 36 are linked to previous cases and were detected through surveillance.

38 are currently unlinked.

Amongst the cases are 2 seniors above 70 years who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and are at risk of serious illness.In addition, there are 8 imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or isolated upon arrival in Singapore. 4 were detected upon arrival in Singapore, while 4 developed the illness during SHN or isolation.

In total, there are 125 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.

MOH are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight.

Earlier today Malaysia announced a record-breaking amount of cases in a single day on Sunday (July 25) at 17,045.
