23-year-old Ms Atika Dolkifli was thrown down by a “Facebook Friend” at a multistorey car park located at Toa Payoh Lorong 2 which resulted in her death.
The argument occurred when the woman lend her hand phone to Syed Maffi 27-year-old, which ended up with him not returning the phone and even demanded the woman to pay him for repairing the phone.
The woman fell head first at Deck 5A of Blk 146A at around 9.50pm to 10.30pm. Her body was only discovered 3 days later.
If Syed Maffi is convicted of murder he will be sentenced to life imprisonment or the death penalty.
