My name is niroshini .
 I wanna share with you a very sad story that happen recently to my dad. My father was working in this securtiy company called noble security . His salary method was a daily rated pay.
Always the company will delay his salary . On 15/6/17 my father gsve 1 week notice to resign from work because his pay was not in. His last day of work was on 21/6/17. He kept calling the company boss MR.nicholas he never answered the call. My dad tried calling the company OM and the OE they also never answer his call. On the 27/6/17 my dad went to devan nair to infrom about the salary issue that he was facing .
The officer at devan nair called the noble security boss MR. Nick he never answer the call. Than the officer called The Om MR. Raj he answered and told the officer to ask my dad to come to noble security office the next day to collect his pay. My dad went to their office on the next day itself in the 28/6/17 the boss issued him cheque and asked my dad to bank in the cheque. On the 2/8/17 my dad called the bank to check about his pay and the banker said that the cheque he deposited has been bounce. My fahter than called up devan nair and fixed for another appt with the noble security boss. On the 11/7/17 my dad qent to devan nair but the noble seurity boss MR. Nick did not turn up. The next appt was on the 1/8/17 my father went to devan nair again but the stil the boss of noble security did not turn up. Mr. Nick emailed to devan nair that he will settle my dad pay on the 31/8/17 . Devan nair officer whom attened to my dad told my dad that lets wait till 5/9/17 . On the 6/9/17 my father went to the atm to check his pay and the pay was not credited to his acc.

On the 5/9/17 my dad went to devan nair again and noble security boss still did not turn up and never credited my dad pay. So the officer in charge at devan nair asked my dad if he wants to file a small claim case in the court and my father agreed to it. On the 6/9/17 my dad went to the atm to check on his pay but he did not receive his pay. So he went to the singapore sub -court . At the small claim counter he explaimed everything and the lady at the counter asked my dad to pay $30 to file a case and also asked my dad to go to the singpost to sent a postage to noble security to attend court on the 27/9/17

In the 27/9/17 my dad went to the court and saw the magistrate to his shock Mr.Nick from noble security did not attend the court . So my dad asked the magistrate so many time i went to devan nair now i am at the court the company boss is not coming down will i get my pay and the magistrate replyed my dad saying we will sent letter again if he never turn up or never pay you we cant do anything and you need to pay $30 again to file the small claim. My father again asked the magistrate i wont get my pay is it and the magistrate reply saying we sent letter again u come on the 11/10/17 .
My dad went to court on the 11/10/17 and went to the counter over there they sent him to a different counter . Over there my dad again explained everyrthing. And the person at the counter asked my dad back if the company is still around and my father said should be . And the counter stuff told my dad if this is the case you will need to deposit $110 to register a representive from court and $350 to pay for the court reprsentive . My dad was very shocked and upset and asked back at the counter why must i pay so much . They said he needs to pay per hour $50 for the court representive to follow him to the noble security office . My father asked the counter stuff i am here asking for my salary and you are askimg me to pay more where will i go for the money. The xounter stuff replied this is the rules and regulations and also asked my dad if my dad knows the noble securiry company bank account number to seize the account and for that also my dad needs to pay certain amount and eveything can be claimed back.
My father was very angry and upset told the counter stuff its okay leave it . I am a sinaporean if company in singaporw cheats our heart earn money and when we come to court we got no justice its okay and he left the court crying inside his heart
Why i am sharing this with your team is because i want our people to know wat happened to my dad
1st Due to this salary problem my dad started to become very stress . 2nd he went up and down to devan nair and court but he did not get justice 3rd How can such a case be taken so lightly and no action was taken against the company 4th How can how singapore government or court come up with such rules
I hope my story can get a answer for my dad and also go into the eyes of the puplic

I park my car at textile center. My car been clamp because I park outside of the parking lots. The reason I park outside of the lots.is because there is a car beside me doing so. In order to let my Friend park beside me I just have to park outside of the lots. I am the type of driver practice good driving Habits.
The next day my car got clamp. I got no handphone with me. I need to go to the security counter to find out how am I going to get my car Unclamp. The management of the carpark is not in the same building. I have to go all the way to concourse building. To talk to the person to unclamps my car. I try to explain to him, what happens, he agree to unclamps my Car if I can produce pictures of it.

In the end since I did not have my phone with me.I am willing to pay $214 for my car to be unclamp. I even try to tell the person to go back with me to the carpark. He told me once I reach the carpark,pay up my car will be unclamp. I go back to the carpark waited 35-40 min. No 1 come to me.

I left the carpark. With my key / window open. I left the building. I see the person,when I am leaving. I tell him wait for me to be back as I got a appointment to follow up. I continue later

When I see the person coming with other 3 person just to unclamp my car.
I worry that they might do something bad to my car. I return to the carpark. When I reach the carpark I see police/LCR/personal there. I stay afar to observe.

I see LCR staff open the door,take my key, wind up the window,lock the car up. With the wheel clamp still in the car. I left the carpark,not knowing what to do in a shock.

As I don’t really need the car for this few day. But I still give the carpark management a call to asking him to release the car.i am willing to pay $214 for the release. I tell him I just don’t feel is right to occupy the parking lots which will causes inconvenience to others.He agree to release the clamp without any charges.
The moment the carpark personnel release the clamps. LCR personnel drive the car to other level of the carpark.
I go to LCR office to find out what is happening.

LCR personnel say they have terminate my contract,I just go to the car with them collect my driving license.
Than they tell let me sigh a document for returning the car.Without giving me any reason.

I went to Uberhub to find out more about this matter.
Till now nobody is giving me any reason, penalty to pay because I still got 23 week contract with LCR.
Uber also stop my driving account since only yesterday.
now I am in a very loss.
I don’t not know what next.

THE INCIDENT:
Today while going to JB using Tuas Checkpoint, second link, we forgot to pay for the $3.20 toll charges using our cashcard by honest mistake because it slip our mind. However the toll gantry open letting us exit to a hiding Certis Cisco officer behind the sign.

THE MODUS OPERANDI:
He immediately asked us if we paid the toll charges and we apologized immediately and said it was a slip of mind. However he demanded that we make a fine payment of $50 plus the $3.20 we short paid without any leniency or warning.

DOUBLE STANDARDS:
We asked the officer in charge why the system allows the gantry to open and let cars to go through without paying the toll. He said the system belongs to ICA and not LTA. Is system integration so difficult as Woodlands and Johor Checkpoints’ gantry does not open unless you pay toll charges.

IT IS A TRAP:
It is very obvious the Certis Cisco officer is hiding. He knows immediately that we forgot to pay while the ICA officer doesn’t. Its a trap to collect revenue obviously. We asked the officer, and he replied that he is not hiding, he just happens to be standing there. BS?

NO INTENTION TO IMPROVE:
We gave feedback to integrate the system to open the gantry after paying tolls and the officer ask us to feedback to their bosses ourselves as they cannot give feedback as their bosses will think they are trying to skive or change the system. They also said there has been many complaints of this issue, meaning to say nothing has changed. Isn’t feedback from the ground the most important for improvement? Why Singapore Certis Cisco and LTA doesn’t improve systems that don’t benefit themselves. If you cannot guard the well being of your staffs, how can you guard the well being of the citizens, and how do you make Singapore a better place for us?

This is not an issue of money but an issue of trust. Without a trustworthy system in a first world country, setting up traps like this to make a quick buck, it just is not right. With mindless soldiers in the front end following instructions blindly will cause the downfall of the organization and our future. Shame!
