i am a frequent visitor to Compass ONE shopping mall at SengKang mrt and i am writing to alert everyone about this very dangerous man spotted in the toilet of compass one, especially at the toilet beside the okinawa hair salon that is also located right opposite of subway.

This man was seen by me for more than once, and he will always be at the standing cubicle inside the said toilet pretending to pee for very long time and DIRECTLY LOOK AT THE PRIVATE PART OF ANY YOUNG GUYS taking a leak near him! I even once saw him staring at the private part of a teenage boy who is underage! I saw him doing this more than once already and on the second time i spotted him in toilet trying to stare at me, i immediately went out of the toilet to call the SengKang police.

I have even spotted him trying to hang around that toilet area and i secretly took a photo of his back view (attached in this email) as he seems to notice that something is not right and hastily trying to walk away. He is very recognisable with his hair always tied up into a mini bunch and his tied up hair is golden in colour while the rest of his hair is black. He looks around 40 plus years old.

He is very slim and always carry a sling bag, wearing a grey tshirt and black short. I have submitted his backview photo to SengKang police already. Hence i hope to bring this to your attention because it is extremely dangerous for kids and teens who visited the toilet without knowing that someone so dangerous is around.

Netizen claim he encounters a taxi driver that make stereotype remarks against Malays. There was no evidence or video to prove what the man claimed.

Taxi driver :
Wah…… Now you all Malays very happy got your own Malay president hor?

Me:
Wei uncle….. cannot say like that lei….. When you all have your own Chinese presidents, we Malays never say like that one hor?? To us what matters most is peace, harmony and equal treatment for all races.

Taxi driver:
And one more thing, why not many your people want to contest become President ha? Under-qualified ha???

Me:
No lah uncle… All those Malays over-qualified all busy running billion-dollar business at Dubai, Oman, Europe, Brunei lah. You don’t know ha??

Listi (*not her real name), a domestic worker from Indonesia, was not paid her salary for 10 months. She was owed more than S$5,000. She was not given any rest days, and her handphone usage was severely restricted by her employer. Listi woke up at 5.30am every morning, and worked till 11pm or midnight.

Listi finally sought help from HOME and filed a complaint with the Ministry of Manpower about her unpaid wages. She would like to transfer to a new employer, but has been told by MOM that since her employer — the one who did not pay her and denied her rest days —has already purchased an air ticket for her, she has no choice but to go back home. Tomorrow.

In Singapore, the law says that if your current employer refuses to allow you to transfer to a new employer, only the Ministry of Manpower can allow you to do so. However, this is currently limited to those who are required to remain in Singapore to be prosecution witnesses. Even if your employer has violated labour laws or mistreated you, as a domestic worker, you do not have the right to transfer. Many domestic workers with valid claims often have no choice but to return home.
