Sorry to said that the truth hurts. Many of my local colleagues are no longer competitive? We no longer work on time, giving excuse claiming family issue, back pain, MC, stressful workload. I used to give many opportunities to my fellow young local sporean.
For them to take advantage of the work opportunity. For them to learn. Learning and sharing is part of my work ethic to them. However, it is very shameful. They don’t even bother to try. Either they will give excuse, BF Do not want them to work late or parent don’t want them to have too much work load. Ironically, her BF was still studying and no income to support them. Parent claim too much work load will harms her health but she smoke daily. Needless to said both lady quit.
Another one give up the job cos she got no one to guide her. Even demanded must have ppl to guide her. When guidance render to her she said she needs to attend religion class. Not willing to take initiative is the only thing I observe? Pls note above issue are supported with group chat.
Can any body help as how can we engage with our local fellow sporean?
