BEDOK AND TAMPINES SERIAL BRA & PANTIES THIEF ARRESTED

A man was caught stealing bra and panties along corridors of HDB units in Bedok and Tampines.

Little did he know that a camera has been installed after a series of thefts of undergarments.

His actions have been ongoing for a long period, Since 2018. Two videos were caught of him stealing panties on November 2019 and December 2019.

On one of the occasion, he would steal one of the bras and went to the staircase, but returns it to the rack sometime later. It is not reported what he did with the bra when he was holding it.

The victims described the man as disgusting.

According to the Police, the 27-year-old man has been arrested last Wednesday (17 of March 2020)

VIDEO FOOTAGE SHOWS MITSUBISHI DRIVER FLIES FROM OTHER SIDE OF ROAD

Netizens were quick to comment when a driver died from his injuries in a traffic incident. Many netizens starting arguing online and started pointing fingers at the oil tanker driver.

The Black Mitsubishi driver is a 21 driver and he was sent to Changi General Hospital but died later in the hospital.

But new video footages showed what actually happened before the incident.

The drive flew from the opposite lane and spun out of control before smashing into the head of the oil tanker.

The video recorder of the oil tanker also showed that the truck was driving less than 40km/hour and at a safe speed.

GUY ON GUY MOLESTATION CASE ON BUS TRAVELLING ALONG BUKIT BATOK

According to the Police media release, a 28-year-old male has been arrested after he was reported for allegedly molesting another male passenger on a bus.

The incident happened on the 11 March 2020 and the police report was made around 8 AM. The victim claimed that he was molested on a bus that was travelling along Bukit Batok West Ave 1.

After investigations and the identification of the molester, Jurong Police Division took action to arrest the man 8 days later on the 19 March 2020.

If the 28-year-old is convicted of outrage of modesty he will be facing up to 2 years jailed along with rotan.

SHORT TERM VISITORS NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER SG AFTER TONIGHT 2359 HRS

According to the latest media release, Singapore has stepped up its effort in containing the number of imported cases in Singapore.

For all short-term visitors such as tourist will no longer be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore from 11.59 pm on Monday. Work pass holders and dependents will also be affected, they will only be allowed entry IF they work in healthcare or transport or other essential services.

DENGUE FEVER CASES EXCEED 4000, CASES DOUBLED AS PER SAME PERIOD LAST YEAR

Since the beginning of this year, there have been more than 4,000 cases of dengue fever.

Which has doubled compared with the same period last year.

As a result, the National Environment Agency has decided to start an annual campaign to prevent dengue fever from now until May.

Authorities said that they will step up efforts to combat dengue fever, including through home visits by volunteers, to raise residents’ awareness of mosquito prevention.

It is important to take immediate action to reduce the risk of increased infections. 

In some of the larger case concentration areas, the Environment Agency found that even though the authorities continued to issue warnings to residents.

According to the Ministry of Health, 23 more cases have been confirmed.

Total cases at 455.

18 of the patients are imported, the remaining 5 is local cases.

Five of the confirmed cases (Cases 144, 208, 214, 235 and 283) are linked to the Church of Singapore (Bukit Timah) (2B Hindhede Road).

Three of the confirmed cases (Cases 183, 252 and 310) are linked to Masjid Al-Muttaqin (5140 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6).

CORONAVIRUS: FIRST 2 DEATH CASES IN SINGAPORE

According to the media release, two patients have died from the coronavirus.

The patients:

  • 75-year-old Singaporean woman
  • 64-year-old Indonesian man

75 year old

The woman is Cases 90, linked to the cluster at The Life Church and Missions Singapore.

Symptoms on Feb 9 and was admitted on Feb 23 to the National Centre, tested positive for COVID-19 on the same day. 

Died 26 days later, earlier today at 7.50 AM

64 year old

Arrived in Singapore on the 13 March

Warded in ICU at NCID on the same day.

Confirmed to be a coronavirus patient on 14 March

Died nine days later, earlier today at 10.15am

40 NEW CASES IN S’PORE, TOTAL CASES AT 385, 16 IN ICU

According to the latest media release from the MOH,30 of the new cases are imported.

254 are still warded in the hospital

16 is under intensive care and currently in critical condition.
