13 Y.O DAUGHTER RAPED BY FATHER TWICE. “TROUBLESOME TO USE PROTECTION”

A 50-year-old father was sentenced to 24 years jail yesterday after he was convicted of raping his own daughter.

The first incident happened when she was 13 years old in early 2018. When her daughter was busy on the computer, the father hugged her from behind and started molesting her. The girl was shocked by her father actions and tried to walk away from the room.

Due to a bad relationship between the man and his wife, they had separate sleeping arrangements. Things started escalating quickly, he told his daughter to sleep besides on the bed while the rest of the family were asleep.

Afraid that her father might beat her up, she complied and lay down beside him. The man continued to molest her. The father had a history of abusing her by hitting and he had a bad temper.

The girl soon told her elder brother about what had happened but her brother only told her to reject all advances from her father and did not provide her with any further help.

The sexual abuse by the father continues and started kissing her and forced her to perform sexual acts on him.

Escalated into rape

In March 2018, he penetrated her and told her not to shout in case she felt pain as the Father did not was his family members to know what is happening. She was a virgin and she felt pain from her father’s actions.

In April 2018, he did it again and this time he did not use any protection.

Her Teacher Found Out

In October 2018, the father’s crime finally came to light. Her daughter who suffered for more than half a year wanted to run away from home.

Her teacher spoke to her and wanted to find out what had happened to her. After questioning her, she confessed about what her father did and the Police were soon alerted.

Questioned by the Police

When the police asked the father why he did not use a condom, the father simply answered “troublesome” to get it from the other room.
