Facebook user Anthony Pang recently posted a video on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore which shows several birds eating raw meat at a zhi char stall in Ang Mo Kio.

“This ze char stall put the meat outside the kitchen. Totally expose to the dogs and birds. Birds are eating happily away. Leaving the leftovers for the diner. Can’t imagine eating these meat. Disgusting. This big coffee shop is opposite Pathlight school across AMK Ave 1 at the junction of AMK industrial Park.
Update :The restaurant msg me to clarify that this is due to a new driver whom did not practise the proper delivery process. They shared that similar incident happened years ago and they have since make sure that the supplier and their delivery driver handle the food with care. Also they clarify that the staff informed the mgmt when they came in to work and saw the food outside. The restaurant did not use that batch of meat. The delivery restaurant has also apologize and gave the restaurant a credit note.I do believe that this is the truth. As such I am going to remove this post cos I don’t want to damage their reputation unnecessarily.”
A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page ROADS.SG which shows a p-plate driver trying to intimidate a fellow driver after he was unhappy being honked at as he did not stop at the stop line.

Driver seems unhappy with that and this happened. Subsequently started driving very aggressively.
Then approaching the traffic light, made a very dangerous manoeuvre just to overtake me, swerving in front (tires screeching) and then out in order to avoid hitting the car in front of me.Police report filed and will let police decide on his fate.”

Two Chinese women who had recently just graduated from college were run over and killed by a car while crossing a street in Lakewood, California.

Christine Yan and Isabelle Zhang were both 24-years-old. According to Christine’s aunt, Annie, the incident occurred at Bloomfield Road and Lemming Street at around 8:40 p.m. on Friday, March 12. Christine and Isabelle were hit while crossing the road near their home.

Witnesses at the scene stated there were two adults and one child in the car. The driver was female. After hitting the two women, the female driver dragged one of the victims for about 330 feet before stopping. Isabelle died at the scene. Christine was sent to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.
Annie believes the deaths of her niece and her friend may have been the result of a hate-crime. Lakewood traffic is not as congested as Downtown Los Angeles and the driver may have intentionally aimed for the two women. Annie is aware of all the anti-Asian hate-crimes going on and doesn’t rule out the possibility.

Police officers and the Civil Defence were seen at the scene trying to rescue the girl and they were seen taking a ladder so as to try to get her down.
Facebook user Mei Lin Au recently posted on Facebook after her husband was left stranded and left at the corridor for hours after going for his X-ray and blood test. She stated that she received an SMS from the Tan Tock Seng hospital transferred her husband to a ward at 10:14pm, but that was not true as he was still left in the corridor.

“My husband was referred to Tan Tock Seng Hospital to check on his extremely high heart beat. He was sent for X-Rays and blood test at around 3pm and was told that a doctor will come by to determine if he need to be warded for further tests and observation. At 10pm on the same day, no doctor turned up and my husband was left in a B2 ward CORRIDOR even though he has opted for a B1 ward. The corridor he was left at is hot and stuffy and does not seems to have any form of ventilation devices. It is appalling how TTSH treat their patients. To rub salt in the wound, the hospital has the cheek to send me a message that my husband has been placed in a proper ward and bed when he was left to rot in the corridor and waiting for many hours, and he is still waiting at this moment.”
