The two defendants, Hong Dayuan, 26, and Chen Jiaxing, 26, are among the two accused of murder at Orchard Towers on July 2 this year. They have committed more crimes in the past.

Two defendants in the Orchard tower murder case were involved in another Orchard Road “bloodbath” three years ago. The two defendants and a group of friend were outside a restaurant at Orchard Plaza, he attacked a customer dining with a sharp weapon, cutting the victim’s neck, and tendon resulting in a permanent disability of the victim’s arm.

The incident happened on November 27 at Orchard Towers, the 31-year-old victim who was also a customer at a Thai Restaurant somehow had an argument with Wang Yisong.

Wang Yisong suddenly rushed to the victim, using a sharp weapon on his head, neck and left hand. After the victim fell to the ground, he resisted with his right hand, but Wang Yisong continued to attack the other side.

Chen Jiaxing picked up the iron basket filled with sauce and waved it at the victim, throwing it on him. Hong Dayuan also picked up a bottle filled with soy sauce and threw it in the victim’s face. As the trio left, they also chanted the slogans of their gang

Earlier today(12 November 2019), a couple was on trial for the death of their 5-year-old son. The incident happened back in 2016. It is one of the most horrifying abuse cases that ever happened.

Azlin Arujunah and Ridzuan Mega Abdul Rahman, The parents of the 5-year-old used various methods to to cause hurt to their boy and eventually resulting in his death. They hit the boy with a broom, use a pair of pliers to pinch the boy, burned the boy with a heated spoon and pour boiling hot water on him till he died.

The 5-year-old boy was also locked in a cat cage. The violence against the child only started because the boy over minor issues.

August 2016

Boy scattered biscuits on the floor and was hit by his mother with a broom, the violence on the child was so gruesome that the boy had a misaligned knee cap which ended up with the boy having a limp.

The boy ate milk powder, Father flicked cigarette ash from his cigarette when the boy did not answer him. He then used a heated metal spoon and burn the palm of the little boy.

Mid-October 2016

Boy burned with hot water 4 times when the boy tried to run away. The mother poured hot water on the boy’s leg. Resulting in blisters and scars all over the boys body.

22nd October 2016

The boy was a lock in a cat cage after refusing to take off clothes for a shower, the husband beat the boy’s head and other parts of the body with a broom.

Father then pour hot water over the boy until boy was on the ground motionless. They only decided to take the boy to the hospital 6 hours later.

Unfortunately, the boy died the next day. Autopsy of the child’s boy reveals 75% of the boy covered in burn injuries.

The husband faces nine charges of murder, the wife faces 6 charges.

If convicted for a murder they face the death sentence.

Our sweet 3-year-old boy is a survivor. On January 7th our son climbed up to the top bunk bed and wrapped the blind cords around his neck.

He then began to walk down the ladder as the cords tightened he panicked and tried to yell for mom and dad but nothing came out. He scratched the cords to loosen them but all he could grab was skin. At the last attempt to get free he jumped to come to get us and that very jump saved his life!

The cord snapped and freed him! We heard a loud thud (his jump) and then his loud scream! This was not just any scream it is one I have never heard in my life and it will forever be ringing in my ears.

We took him to get checked out in the ER and they were very concerned and shocked. These blind cords are not meant to break. We are counting our blessings! God has big plans for our little boy, it was not his time to go. Please please please take my message and take action now!!

NO CORDED BLINDS ARE SAFE!

They now sell cordless blinds and they are worth every penny. Even if you cut the cords once the blinds are lifted up it creates a hazard. The cords can not be cut short to make them safer… there are still inner cords and if the cord is pulled so the blinds go all the way up, that pull cord will then be long enough to make a loop & strangle a child. My heart goes out the families that have lost their loved ones this way I am so sorry for that heartache and can’t imagine the pain you have gone through. These accidents can be prevented let’s take action now! You can never be too safe in your own home.

This is something I didn’t think my kids would do because I am constantly nagging them about not putting things around their necks. Kids will be kids and they explore, my son told me he was making a necklace and that’s why it was around his neck. Please help me save the next kid and share this message.

A 41-year-old man is waiting for his sentence after he was caught having sex with his 15-year-old stepdaughter at a multi-storey carpark located along Admiralty Drive (Sembawang Area).

The incident happened on the 25th of Jan 2019 at around 12.30 pm, the 41-year-old men were supposed to send his stepdaughter home after picking her up from school. But instead of going home, he drove to a multi-storey carpark located along Admiralty Drive.

The men and the stepdaughter sat at the back seats after parking the vehicle. The 15-year-old was lying down on the man and soon after they started hugging and kissing.

It did not take long, for the duo to engage in unprotected sexual intercourse. A Police on patrol spotted the two of them in the car. They also spotted the Police and quickly started to wear clothes.

Initially, both the man and the stepdaughter did not admit to having sex.

He will be back in court on 23rd December 2019. If he is convicted of having sex with a minor, he is looking at a jail term of up to 10 years and/or fine.

I never thought I would post ever need to post this but damn am I mad. Maybe the word entitled is too strong here but i guess this uncle was unreasonable. Anyways here is the story

So if u have ever patronised the kopitiam square at sengkang, you will know how crowded the top-up kiosk gets during lunch/dinner time especially during a weekend. And what is worse is that the queue “format” always changes. Sometimes, people will be queuing from each kiosk and sometimes its just one queue that spilt when u r at kiosk. This is because the design of which they designed the place to top-up had really no thought put into it. Anyways, ye you get it, its messy and disorganized.

So today was the “one queue” format and everyone was forming a long queue to wait for their turn to top-up. I was in the queue too with my sister for about 3 mins. Lucky it was still early and the queue length was reasonable.

And then, yay it was finally our turn. When it was almost our turn, this random uncle (around his late 50s or early 60s, he was well-abled and able to communicate in english, so i doubt that he was that old or couldnt understand the scenario, sorry i judged him, but dont we all?) came walking from up to the side of the kiosks with his card in hand ready to top-up his card. I saw him look at the queue then the kiosk and i thought, “okay still normal, uk its normal for people to check out how the queue goes” and by now the queue was getting a bit long? Maybe about 10 plus people? Oh but what did he decide to do? You guessed it, cut in front of us… damn

Honestly, i am usually the person that goes… oh just another of those people… and just let the matter rest, but what happen next shook me and i think everyone there (especially my sister, lets not forget she exist)

After cutting the queue he looked around (obviously guilty), and i made eye contact with him. Normally it stops there, but i swear and i swore i saw a smug on his face (he obviously knew no one dared to speak up) and that just pissed me off. I wanted to wipe that off his face. So i just said out (in chinese, if that matters), as politely i could, because i really didnt want a conflict with him (ironic), “uncle, everyone is queuing, can u go queue and not cut the queue” then i signaled him to the end of the queue.

At first, he smiled and i was like “what a nice uncle”. Then he came out the queue “oh damn my faith in Singaporeans have been restored” but he started walking towards me and he tried to reason that he was going for the other kiosk not the one that seemingly everyone was queuing for (i guess he is a fan of the 2 queue format). Then i just said but everyone is queuing to top-up and that there is only one queue (limited to my ability in chinese, which i got a B for in h1 so its not bad but still terrible) so i couldnt argue more. But honestly i was just happy to have him out of the queue he cut and queuing (balance like things should be).

So people moved off during the process, so i took my place at where the uncle went off (ooh, but i queued ok) and then he got real pissed. He then exclaimed “you see, you also like that what?”

Woah lo and behold salty me turned around and said, “But uncle, I queued”. And he was not happy. He strutted behind me and planted himself there. Then he started saying smthg but i cant really remember what he said. Then at this point i just didnt want to aggravate the scenario cause i needed to get home to study for my a levels tmr (ik im typing this but i’d probably keep having this thought in mind to type it that i cant study, at least this will have me at rest) and i just told him that im sorry that i offended you and that ok if u wanted to just cut lah, u done wrong, i did my best, i really dont want to get into a fist fight, let have matters rest.

And at that point people around me were like trying to stop it, and ye i took the advice and just ignored him. Oh yes, my sister was still here and she was almost gg to cry, so i decided uk what for the best of everyone, lets just top our cards up and eat our dinner shall we?

Oh but no. Even though i didnt interact with him already be raised 2 very VERY interesting points up to argue with me.

He said, “how does your school teach you how to queue huh?” Which i nodded as a reply, im sorry that i am inept in school ok

Then he shouted at me, “they say fight for your rights, so im fighting for mine!” I was shook. A part of me wanted to turn around and argue but i just couldnt man.

Anyways, it ended like this and ye how do you guys feel about this? What would you have done? Were you thr? Did i do wrong? Idk anyways im just here to rant my anger away

TLDR: i awent to eat dinner and ate dinner but felt angry somewhr during the process of it but i ate anw cuz A levels and now im posting on reddit

27-year-old Mohamed Aliff Bin Mohamed Yusoff stand trial for an offense that happened on the 7th November 2019 at a multi-storey carpark located at Yishun Street 81 Blk 840A.

According to the court, the defendant carried the head of the baby and slammed it against the floor of a vehicle, leading to the death of the baby.

It is believed that the child belonged to his girlfriend.

Court records show that the defendant was charged in court last Saturday (9th) and is still being remanded. As for whether the control will change, you will have to wait until the case is heard again this Friday (15th).

According to a Facebook post by the family, the family collected the remains of the baby yesterday for a funeral.
