This past week has not been easy on Cathryn Li. Following her outburst at the “正面交鋒 FaceTalk” show, she’s been facing an influx of criticism from the public. Li was seen storming off FB live video after viewers criticized her keyboard playing.

It seems like the backlash has taken a toll on Cathryn. Earlier today, followers were alarmed when she uploaded a shocking photo of neck with bloodstains on it. In an attempt to commit suicide, she had tied a wire and tried to hang herself. But the wire broke because it was too thin.

“It takes courage to end my life, and it takes courage to live, because my every move is constant,” she wrote. She goes on to express how it’s unfair that everyone expects perfection out of her when she’s only human and prone to mistakes. In addition, the “tsunami-like hate” over the past few days have simply been unbearable.

Li caused quite a stir back in 2019 after stating that if you wear the M-size for clothing means that you are fat.

A Youtube user name Caroline Duia has recently commented on Youtube stating that it was Singapore who actually plagiarized their song “We can achieve”.

The woman who is currently living in Mumbai stated that the song “count on me Singapore” is originally named as “we can achieve”. She also stated that the song was written by an Indian Composed called Joey Mendoza.

She said that the song was written by Joey Mendoza for an orphanage in 1983 and she finished off by saying that Singapore’s song was created in 1986.

Earlier today, a netter took to Facebook to complain about a young punk who goes by the nickname “Vamp”. He has been making use of many girlfriends at once to acquire money to pay off his gambling debts. He also took videos of the girls naked, physically abused his ex-girlfriends, and forced some of them to go for an abortion.

He cheated, gambled, steal money, borrow money and dun return and even force his ex gf to go through abortion (not just once, and different girls). Our mutual friend was a victim when he physically abused her, and while she was in hospital, she stole her phone and deleted all her social media to prevent her from uploading any negative things about him.

His ex-girlfriends got together online to expose him and to warn everyone of his doings. They even provided screenshots of messages in which they tried to confront Vamp.

The Australian government is currently working on an ambitious plan that would establish Singapore as a quarantine gateway, holiday destination and potential vaccination hub for returning Australians which includes international students and business travellers.

The deal would help clear the log jam of approximately 40,000 Australians who are stranded overseas and would also boost tourism to Australia from Singaporean nationals which would kick-start the multibillion-dollar market for international students at Australian universities, which has been affected by border closures.

Australians would also be allowed to travel to Singapore for work or leisure without approval from the Department of Home Affairs.

Australian Trade and Tourism Minister Dan Tehan confirmed that he had held discussions with his Singaporean counterpart Chan Chun Sing about the plan.

“Singapore are very keen to work with Australia on a proof of vaccination certificate and we agreed our officials should work together on this,” Mr Tehan said.

Under the proposed plan, all Singaporean nationals who have been vaccinated would be able to travel to Australia for work, study or holidays without having to complete two weeks’ hotel quarantine.

A group of young punks was seen filming their friend who was driving a Honda Civic in an attempted to drift the car. Such a dangerous act should not be condoned.

A video of a group of drunk Ang Mo FTs was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Singapore Incidents which shows them dancing and partying.

There were more than 10 people dancing together while they were not wearing their face masks. They were seen consuming alcohol while they danced at a bar at Robertson Quay. Their blatant disregard for the current Singapore’s Covid laws is indeed worrying and such actions should be punished.

This is one of our most beloved and recognised national songs, we are happy that it seems to have struck a chord with people in India as well. It seems to have been posted by teachers in India, featuring some students who seem to be enjoying the song.

We thank Singaporeans for coming forward to express your sense of pride in our national song. It may be a copy of our song, but sometimes, imitation is the best form of flattery!
