I thought it would be fun to avoid the crowded Clark Quay and have a few drinks at Geylang. After a few drinks and makan with my buddies, I loiter in the alleys of Geylang.
There were a bunch of hookers trying to get customers as usual, until I met one who stopped me and asks if I want to spend the night with her. I declined and told her that I have no money.
She told me no need money, she just doesn’t want to be alone for Christmas. She claim that her friends went off with so-called “boyfriends” for Christmas without her.
My friends who are regulars at Geylang tell me not to take it and leave asap.
I was curious about why, well its free right?.
My friend claims that there are many stories of such “freebies” ends up get drugged and rob by the girl. Other scenarios will be forcing you to pay then a bunch of guys already waiting outside.
The worse if don’t pay the girl call police say is rape.
“Last Christmas I gave you my heart but the very next day you want money again~”
End of the day there is no such thing as free lunch or free dessert for this case. Please share and warn your Geylang going friends.

A lot of ppl don’t understand the rules of the bicycles on the roads, they thought as long they ride on the left or abreast to another cyclist, it’s not wrong even they obstruct the faster vehicles.
Even Straits Times using incomplete stated rules to defend that stupid cyclist!!
They are WRONG!
The following LTA link, page 20, did said that they can ride on the road but must not obstruct faster moving vehicles!!
