This guy think he rebel? Pregnant cannot go out?

Picked up a Chinese OL yesterday morning (cash trip) from amk going to Alexandra. Told me to go by lornie road (no ERP).

I checked Waze alternative route 45 minutes (with two indicators of standstill traffic). The erp route indicated 30 min.

Told pax it’s 15 min longer (it was peak hour) she said nevermind she’s ok. Faint.

Pax was already in transit. Pressed pick up button then she told me. Offloaded her at amk hub instead. She kicked up a big fuss of course.

Dear Riders, Pls note Grab’s stand on route taking. If the distance and timing is not much of a difference, Drivers may or may not mind (after all, we don’t earn the erp money), but please be reasonable.
