RUBBISH THROWN EVERYWHERE EXCEPT INTO THE PLACE AT THE VOID DECK!

0

It is really sad that people staying in my block can be so dirty and lazy treating common area like their personal rubbish dump.

There are recycling bins provided and the rubbish center is just nearby but these people simply choose to discard their rubbish indiscriminately.

Perhaps the town council can work with the police to gain access to their CCTV to apprehend and fine such lazy and inconsiderate people.

So much for our claims that Singapore is clean and green when we have people that treat common areas with total disregard.
