I would say this doctor really very unprofessional and rude!
He asked, who is my baby PD? I said he is at Kinder Clinic (Mount Alvernia), then he asked is my baby born at Mount Alvernia as well? I said yes!
And follow on he said if my baby is born at Mount Alvernia then what am I doing at Thomson here? Before he even check on my baby, he says he couldn’t do anything right now. (There’s nothing I can do here he said)

After saying so, then he check on my baby when my husband say there is vomit out from his nose not only the mouth, can you please check if he is fine and he is crying non stop.
Then the dr listen to his chest and see his nose and told us he has blocked nose. He ask when this blocked nose started.
I said this morning we just brought him to the PD for check up and PD did not mentioned he got blocked nose but only say that his nose is stuff with nose shit and given us one so called nose spray to soften the nose shit inside the nostrils and use cottonbuds to wash it out.
Then the doctor sounded so rude and told me “SO THAT IS BLOCKED NOSE!”
And he says that this is nothing concerning to the choke or vomit. And i also asked him why baby is non-stop crying. He says since he has vomited everything out, then just feed again. He assure he is fine. And my husband asked him once more, ARE YOU SURE? He answered YES rudely.

When we exit the dr room, we told the indian nurse who helped us just now about what the dr says and she says and while telling her my baby vomit again and is some thick yellowish discharges. The nurse told us to visit our PD in the morning since the doctor not able to do anything.
Then when waiting for payment she says “why not let me do a check on his temperature”. (After measuring, my baby not having any fever). She says “I advise you, if in future baby chokes again, do turn baby to the left side in lying position and pat him”
We thanked the nurse for all her kindness and assistance! SHE CAN DO BETTER THAN THE DOCTOR SERIOUSLY!
How can a doctor act so unprofessionally and asked us why we visit Thomson instead of Mount Alvernia since my baby is not born in Mount Alvernia. Isnt A doctor job is to save patients regardless what? Does it means your Thomson only see babies who are delivered in your hosp only?!
Ridiculous! When it come to emergency of course we will choose to visit the nearest hospital right?

Moreover, with such useless and bad consultation we are still charged with 90.95 for his stupid consultation.
We would have walked off and not paid for the consultation since your doctor mentioned he cant do anything!
However, is just the nurse which we appreciated her help and so we are paying. Please informed Thomson that we are paying this consultation fees for the nurses assistance instead of his lousy and unprofessional doctor’s consultation!
