I have never thought much about this guy I have met about a year ago. To me, he was just an acquaintance. It was until that day when we actually chatted in closer setting that I found his eye contact to be really, really intense. My heart literally skipped a beat. Then, I caught him staring at me during our tutorial class over the next few weeks. But slowly, it just became a glance that holds eye contact for a few seconds before he breaks away. He does this without fail for every sequence class.
One day, he spotted my friend and I along with the corridor. He waved and smiled really, really wide. I was so stunned that I didn’t react. I have never met someone who would smile so openly. I. Am. So. Dead. Crushing. Hard.
He remembers what I told him before. He replies fairly quickly whenever I text him (only twice so far.) But he was never the one who would text first.
I tried making opportunities to be with him. Sometimes, it brings me one step closer to think that he actually likes me. Sometimes, it just sets me back and concludes that I’m just a friend.
Damn him and this confusion. What is going on?? If he hadn’t looked at me so intensely in the eye in the first place, I wouldn’t even be in this situation.
The last time someone liked me, I also took notice of him and started falling for him. Yet, it only ended in a heartbreak because he only wanted a girlfriend and it didn’t matter who it was. I was nothing special to him and easily replaceable.
I am so afraid this would happen again…

A storage water heater ruptured in a condo apartment at Cote D’Azur in Marine Parade on Saturday, resulting in smashed glasses of the door and windows of the unit’s balcony.
SCDF said that they responded to a call for help at 70, Marine Parade Road at about 5:10 pm on Saturday. The incident was believed to have involved the rupture of the storage water heater in the fifth-floor unit. There were no fire, and reportedly no injuries reported.
However, the explosion was so strong that the glass doors and windows to the balcony of the master bedroom were shattered and sent fragments flying everywhere. It was also reported that a man had just stepped out of the toilet when the water heater ruptured, with the impact so strong it threw him onto the bed.
A man has been arrested after a six hour operation by Singapore Customs and CID officers for his suspected involvement in importing counterfeit bags for trading.
Singapore Customs had inspected the consignment of goods suspected to be fakes, and brand owners subsequently confirmed 200 bags and pieces of luggage were indeed counterfeits. CID was informed, and after extensive inquiries, they carried out a raid at a Jurong Port warehouse and a Punggol residential unit.
The 43 year old man was arrested, and a further 318 counterfeit bags were seized, with a total value believed to be $11,680. Investigations against the man are still ongoing.
Malay man claimed that this Chinese man is a racist because the latter claimed that he wants to “complain to President Halimah Yacob” because he’s Malay.

Another pipe burst in Bukit Batok East Ave 3 in the wee hours of this morning. According to a resident there, the fountain has been pouring for a long while without authorities taking any action to stop the leak.
What’s going on with Bukit Batok? How come so many pipe bursts aka artificial waterfalls? Like new tourist attraction sia.
So much for saving water.

Attack the maid physically on multiple occasions and even on one occasion offered the maid sanitary pad after hitting the maid with a hammer to stop the bleeding. She doctor ah?

2 weeks ago, on Fri 15 September, he accepted my invitation to visit and I did my best to convey that there was never any deliberate intention to operate the ‘business’ outside of the regulations. My home is NOT a business & fostering cats in residential premises happens throughout Singapore. MND was not able to provide any evidence contrary to this.
I made a personal appeal to Minister Wong to help clear my name as my reputation & family have been affected but to no avail. After what I thought was a fruitful opportunity to clarify what had happened in the last 3 years, these 2 letters arrived from MND. These & subsequent correspondences can be read here.
