Yesterday I booked a hitch 1 hour earlier before work and only able to reached my phone until I end my work. As soon as I ended I text the hitch driver and told her that I will be ready by 5:05pm instead of a later timing, my intentions was if she was nearby she can come early to pick me instead of waiting and her respond was so digusted where she stated if you can’t wait then cancel (twice she mentioned) and followed by saying she will be late.

Out of courtesy i just inform her about the timing with no other intentions. I did not take it to heart as I feel maybe there might be a miscommunications and I took awhile to reply her because I’m still at working area… but she sound like impatience.

After work I asked my gf to join me for the hitch ride since she is heading the same direction.

P/S: I forgotten that I need to inform the hitch driver that I have 1 more person with me so apparently I did make a mistake too.

The hitch driver lost her way so she call me and I tried explaining to her where I’m located but she seems clueless and insisted saying that she have reached according to the gps pin point. And I told her I don’t see you, you might have gone to the wrong location or entrance. She told me she was at V entrance where I got no idea where is that and I suggested her to check with the guardhouse. She sound unhappy and start raising her voice at me by saying “You work here you don’t know where izzit???!!!” I was so angry and I told her I only work here occasionally!!!

What kind of attitude is that!!! I don’t bother saying too much so I just hang up.

Finally she reached, my gf and I get into the car, when the trip started she suddenly start to throw her anger and asked: Why 2 pax? Why not 1 pax? Why you didn’t state? Why you didn’t inform me in the 1st place? And she accused me for been ‘DISHONEST’ for not informing her in the first place!!!

And the funny part was she insist to argue by saying I can only fetch 1 person instead of 2 because you all are very ‘HEAVY’ and will ‘SPOILT’ the car!!!

What nonsenses is this???!!! 1st time in my life i hear such!!!

FYI: My gf weighing at 45kg and me weighing at 46kg!!! Wah I didn’t know this will ‘SPOILT’ your car. I was like if you can’t accept then cancel the booking which I can even forgo the $. And she say there no way to cancel. In the end she felt that she got no choice and fetch both of us in a reluctant way.

Well, I didn’t force you, I can just get off the car with my friend and forgo the $. Cause you are just simply been ridiculous and I’m disgusted by your behaviour.

If you are so afraid of your car getting spoilt then don’t bother to drive hitch!!!

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has slammed alternative news website Mothership.sg for posting a “fake news” story, which claimed that an MOE Director-General of Education had said that Singapore students do well in international academic tests because of a pedagogy emphasizing “standardized test drilling and a culture of compliance.”

“This is fake news,” MOE wrote on Mothership.sg’s Facebook. “We are disappointed that your website would circulate such false comments. We would appreciate it if you could remove the article immediately or at least print a correction.”

This is the second time the alternative news website has gotten into trouble over its news reporting.

Earlier this month, Mothership and the fake impersonator page, Salleh Marican For President, came under fire from the presidential hopeful’s team after the troll page published remarks about the hijab under his name without authorization, while Mothership wrongly attributed those same comments to him.

An NSF was found taking upskirt videos of women inside Cotton On one of their branches at VivoCity. Darren Tan Yong Xing started to record a video of a girl whom he found attractive inside the changing room beside him. Realizing that he was not caught, he tried his luck with the next woman inside the changing room.

The woman placed her bag on the floor and started undressing to try on some clothes. Luckily for her, she received a text . Upon bending down, she noticed Mr Tan recording a video of her using the front camera. Mr Tan tried to flee but was stopped by the woman.

The woman then requested for assistance from the Cotton On staff. He got annoyed when they took his mobile phone. When the police arrived, they found the upskirt video of her as well as other obscene materials. He admitted to downloading these videos off the internet.

This incident was not the first for Mr Tan as he once attempted to take an upskirt video of anotehr woman he saw in an MRT station.

For possession of such videos, he may be jailed up to six months and fined $500 for each videos he possess.

He retaliated after being told by plain-clothed officers to lower down his voice and leave the vicinity of Delfi Orchard. Marc Escriva Casanova Demosthene, who is currently doing an intern while doing his Masters programme, was sentenced to three months jail and fined $2,000 for assault of civil servants.

The event unfolded on 23rd October 2016 when Demosthene was found drunk at 5:15am. The police approached him, telling him to leave but he went on and continued his drunken tirade. The police were left with no choice but to take him to the police station. He started to make remarks about Singaporeans and started being verbally abusive towards the officers. He also shoved a female officer, accidentally touching the officer’s collarbone. He was then warned to not use force, which did not stop even after being held by two police officers.

After some time of resisting, Demosthene punched a male police officer on his chin. He was then arrested after this incident. A female officer was also insulted after she asked him about his immigration status. On the way to Tanglin HQ, he did not stop abusing a male officer, insulting his family, driving skills and also the way the officer spoke.

Inside a room in Tanglin HQ, an officer then loosened his handcuffs on Demosthene. Demosthene then headbutted the officer, resulting in a minor head injury.

Demosthene pleaded two counts of causing hurt to officers and another for insulting the officers. There other charges were taken into consideration.
