NTUC FairPrice, why would your Packers select a bag of rice, infested with weevils, to deliver to a customer? Isn’t there a proper quality assurance protocol to ensure such items are discarded…especially since the weevils were so obvious?
PLEASE HELP SHARE THIS AROUND! To everyone who sees this post, if you ever come across a travel agency called : Travel2be, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM IT. At one glance, it may seem like an ordinary travel website, however it is out to cheat and scam. Upon booking mine,Queena Lee Yun Yi Lee Yun Yi and Chance Lee tickets, I noticed that they do not request for any passport numbers or any other personal particulars that a usual travel agency requires.
When I contacted their customer service hotline, a Caucasian sounding man named Luke with a extremely thick accent answered. I brought up my concerns and said he would fix it by changing the names immediately as the booking was just made. FYI, he had not previously mentioned that there would be a surcharge for a name change. After fixing the names, Luke said there is going to be a surcharge of 90 Euros for the name change.
First of all, why would a SG company charge their customers in a foreign currency? Secondly, why was there no prior warning that a surcharge would be implemented before the name change? After disagreeing to pay the 90 Euros, their customer service officer Luke blatantly said that if I dont pay 90 Euros, we dont get our flight.
When asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager does not want to speak to me as it is a waste of time. I then demanded a refund and was told to pay 90 Euros for a full refund. After further disagreement, Luke hung up. After recalling them, a different customer service officer picked up (While we could hear Luke in the background asking his colleague to hang up) and we told him our problem. He then begins to tell us that if we wanted a refund, we would have to pay 300 Euros now!!
HOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! After telling him there was no way we would pay that amount, he too hung up on us! We then called the airline that we were supposed booked on, Malaysia Airlines Airlines, they informed us that Travel2be had just canceled our ticket!
Travel2bee HAD JUST CANCELLED OUR FLIGHT TICKETS WITHOUT INFORMING US, AND STILL CHARGED US FOR THE TICKETS WITH NO INTENTIONS OF REFUNDING US. BEWARE EVERYONE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY, NOR A COMPANY WITH LEGITIMATE PRACTICES OR ETHICS. THEY ARE OUT TO SCAM AND CHEAT, SO PLEASE BE WARNED NOT TO TAKE PART IN THEIR DEALINGS!
I kept getting this every now and then from the same person. I made two police reports and your officers kept telling me they have warned the so-called Dave. Then how come he still does this in the name of Africa charity when he is not even authorized by them? Should I make ANOTHER police report? What else can we do to stop this kind of people?
