He had been using other people NRIC, driving license and claimed that he is from ExxonMobil Asia Pacfic Pte Ltd’s operation manager to rent car And this is not his first crime He even cheated several car rental firms/people that are interested in renting a car from him using those cars he leased from rental company (most of the victims are from carousel). let’s us unite and crack him down to make sure others won’t suffer the same fate..

He leased 5 of our luxury cars but failed to pay us the car rental and MIA without returning back our cars.

Police report has been made and and is already under investigation..

Please make a police report immediately if you are one of the victim regardless the time of incident taken place. Please pass this information around. Get this person to justice and make car rental a better tomorrow.

Hello, some Mother f**kers using Zero1 Entertainment name to hire girls to work at basic salary of $2000 and ask the girls to do bar fine. He will message you say he is the Son of the owner and some will even receive saying he is the manager of the bar.

This fu*ker we suspect losing court case with my boss. He not happy now a lot pattern. Please do not transfer any money to him as he will ask you to pay him first before you come to Singapore to work. And of cause do not send him your personal particulars as I do not know what he will do with your personal details. Girls, do me a favour, massive share this until the Mother fu*ker stop.

And inform all your Friend about this matter. My company will not compensate any money you transfer to this fu*ker. If my company will hire, will go through my boss personally. I tried to call this guy, he blocked me on Facebook. This account is a fake account: created on 2016, only have 2 photos in his account: it’s obvious he is a fake.

BEWARE! INJURGED AFTER SOMEONE DELIBERATELY LEAVE NAIL AT TOA PAYOH CARPARK!

WARNING: I was walking my dogs this afternoon around my estate car park when I stepped on something sharp. A 2″ long screw had pierced right through my sandal and about 1cm into the sole of my left foot. In pain and before I realized what had happened, I ripped off my sandal together with the screw. Needless to say, there was a lot of blood…

Luckily 2 men who were staying in one of the ground floor flats heard my cries and came to help. Upon closer inspection, we found that the screw was deliberately inserted into a lemon peel and there were more scattered nearby on the road and some in the grass. Altogether we found about 10 of them nearby. These have obviously been placed in such a way as to puncture car tyres but it is also extremely dangerous as people can step on them! There are a lot of families in the area and lots of children walk by as well. There is a children’s playground just 10m or so away for crying out loud!

The screw didn’t look rusty at least but I’m on my way to the doctors now for a shot. I’ll be making a police report later once I’m stitched up, though I doubt they’ll be able to catch the *ssh*le who did this…

Just to let everyone know that there are all kinds of bastards in this world so take care of yourself and your kids and watch where you step… I’m in considerable pain, but otherwise fine for now.

This happened at 12.55pm, 30 July 2017, in front of block 113 TOA PAYOH LORONG 1, just along the service road in front of the lift lobby.

I got a Tetanus shot, some antibiotics, pain killers and a 3 day MC (not that I’ll be able to not go to work lol… the cakes must go on…). A police report has been made and they are investigating.

Unfortunately the cctvs in the area only covered the stairwells and lift lobby and not the service road. Meanwhile they have said they will step up patrols in the area and be on the look out for more of such things. I encourage anyone who lives or is in the area to be vigilant and make a police report if you see anything similar.

A few weeks ago I received a phone call from someone who claimed that he was conducting a survey from Mindef. I was asked for my opinion on several issues, such as China’s conduct in the South China Sea and its increasingly belligerent anti-Singapore rhetoric. I said I really hope that China is able to act like a responsible global power and that it should observe international laws and multilateral frameworks. I also said that however critical I sometimes am towards Singapore, I believe in my country’s sovereignty and would not want this to be compromised in any way.
At the end of the conversation, I was asked whether I was ‘born in China’ or ‘had any relatives who were from China’. I said no. And when I put down the phone, I couldn’t help but wonder whether in these unanticipated times, being China-born is now seen as being more of a security liability in the military more than being Malay.
It’s not the Indonesians who are publishing jeering editorials about our country and calling us an American stooge. And it’s not the Malaysians who confiscated our Terrex vehicles. Malaysia is filing a new appeal to have Pedra Branca declared within its territorial waters, but this is done through third party arbitration at the International Court of Justice. Try telling China to defer to a third party like the Permanent Court of Arbitration, which it has called “a lackey of some outside forces” and “a laughing stock in human history”.
What’s most worrying for me is seeing how some Chinese Singaporeans are completely siding with China–and some of them even take the line that it is beneficial for Singapore to become some kind of tributary state to China. They seem to get away with saying things like these, as if these sentiments don’t skate close to treason and sedition. But that’s just another manifestation of Chinese privilege. Imagine a Malay person siding with Malaysia or an Indian person siding with India–I don’t think we’ll ever hear the end of them being told to ‘go back’ to Malaysia or India.
Admittedly, the whole thing is very complex. There is some element, I think, of comeuppance. The comeback–with a vengeance–of a form of Chinese cultural and political identity that was suppressed because of Cold War calculations. And maybe China’s rise means that the tide of history has turned, and those who were once at the margins–made to feel uncultured or unwelcome because of their lack of English-language ability or ‘Western’ cultural capital–are now finding their place in the sun.
But does reclaiming your overdue dignity mean that you have to be an uncritical cheerleader of a potentially hostile foreign power? In many Southeast Asian countries, the fear of the Chinese minority as a potential fifth column has led to various programs of forced (and often traumatic) assimilation. This was done in the hope of estranging them from Beijing’s influence.
In Singapore, the Chinese community is the majority, and in some ways share cultural similarities with mainland Chinese, including the adoption of simplified characters for Mandarin. Sociologists talk about a Sinicisation of the Singapore Chinese population, a process where Mandarin is emphasised over Hokkien, Cantonese etc and where hybridity like Peranakan Chinese identity is not legitimised. (Think of the ‘Little Nyonya’ where characters speak Mandarin; consider the implications of that series being one of the few Singapore TV exports to China.) Is it possible to Sinicise a community and at the same time hope that they do not develop political attachments to the cultural motherland?

My Brother (not owner) was offered at accident scene, to be towed at a nearby workshop and then told that owner (me) still can choose whichever workshop i wished to do the car.. but once he is at d “nearby workshop” called Progressive Automotive (PA), they won’t let Blue Frost leave the workshop.. they insist my Brother make a report with them although i haven’t give a final answer where I Wan my car to be repaired at.. 🙄

I called a Friend, owner of SATmotors to help tow Blue Frost to his workshop but PA “close shop” at 7pm although there are still some workers at sight.. they won’t return my Brother the key or bring Blue Frost out of that workshop for us to tow to SATmotors. So my Friend said he will return to take the car the next day..

Next day (Saturday), owner of PA claims that we are required to pay $800 for labour fee and $200 charge for overnight stay at his workshop.. ok…..what?!

My Friend demand to know what kind of labour they do to my car although I did not give any authorisation. They said labour fee includes doing paperwork and his workers had to do overtime.. overtime? But they don’t allow my car to be taken out of the workshop because the workshop have “closed” although there are workers around and we are there ready to take the car away..

My car was there not by choice to stay overnight and they want to charge us $200 for that?! And one paperwork which can be done again anywhere seems like a tedious job that require 20 workers to do and took 20hrs that’s why they charge us $800 for that.. 😑 and oh… plus towing fee $80 therefore PA claims that they will only released my car if we paid them a total of $1080. 👏🏻👏🏻 theives!!! 😠

Drama continues on Saturday morning until 7pm.. in between, my Friend, Brother and Father went to lodge a police report against PA for forcefully holding someone else property.. after making report, they went down to PA again but they still would not released my car.. so I told my family to call police to the scene..

Ok now the prob is, PA was soooo used to doing this dirty trick that they are not intimidated at all with my brothers from the blue.. they still insist we pay $1080 before they released my car.. 2 SGT officers plus an Insp (maybe the TL) and after numerous phone calls between them and IO, bla bla blaaaaa…. at 7.30pm which PA probably closing already, finally they brought my car out.. Blue Frost was then able to be towed to SATmotors after that.. 😓😓

Waste everybody’s time to get at least $1000 even if they couldnt get more from handling the accident case.. yes I know very well.. you take my case, you can earn big bucks by claiming thousands of dollars from insurance company.. but playing dirty and acting like gangster towards customers is a no no… 😡😡

There is no Breech of Agreement for you to hold my car and demand any sort of payment.. this can be a criminal intimidation also!

I apologise to my Father and Brother for not being there as I’m needed for work for the NDP Preview.. it’s a shame I didn’t get to give my own drama to PA.. 😤

Dear road users, please be careful all the time to avoid accidents especially those planned or on purpose.. companies will bug you to take their service at the accident location itself and if you have your own trusted workshop, reject these companies at all cost! You can’t even trust them to repair your car properly because all they are after are the big bucks they can claim from insurance. Don’t forget the idiotic attitudes like gangsters too…

Becareful guys.. 😣 please create this awareness!

Ps: Progressive Automotive got 2 branch.. one is the real shop which seems to have gd reviews.. the other is a scam company that uses the same name and located at Kaki Bukit.. dono how true so beware of this!!

I been living in Singapore since I was young and pretty much lost my indo “accent” speaking much like any Singaporean. Yes I am a PR and I even went through National Service which I would say it was a love-hate relationship with it.

During my first job upon graduation from university, I fell for one of my colleague. She has the sweetest smile I ever laid my eyes on in my ‘whole’ life. At least that what I thought. After a few months in the company I decided to ask her out for a dinner date.

Sadly the stars wasn’t in my favour and she rejected me straight to my face citing that I wasn’t her cup of tea and she was actually seeing someone. At that moment I wish that the ground would just open and swallow me up. After that day I tried my best to avoid her hopefully I would not have to meet her for official matters or what so ever.

Few weeks after the ‘incident’ she suddenly showed interest in me messaging me on the office messenger and even ask me if I interested to have lunch with her. It was quite a surprised to me that she had the 180 degree change to me.

So I actually confided in my buddy in the company regarding this as he well known to be a “relationship adviser” and he actually told me that they found out that I was indo-chinese.

I understand that most Singaporean would think that indon-Chinese is usually quite rich I wouldn’t say my family is the ultra-rich as we just own a few landed house and few intercontinental cars back in Indonesia.

We just staying in a terrace house with one ferrari and a BMW so if she showing interest because she think I rich make me a very sad man

I hate to make a post viral but i hate it when someone cheat someone else money. I know how it feel when a seller cheats my hard-earned money. My friend ordered from this person kids pyjamas for her kids via IG in may n made payment on 19th may…. but iup till nw.. 2 mths has passed yet she has not received. Just a while ago i commented on seller post stating that she will deactivate this acc nxt wk monday. Unfortunately she deleted my commemt. Perhaps she is afraid people will know.

She promise Arfa Anuar that she will refund her back the money on 25 July $48 when she return from lomdon. Hw true is it that she was at london Allah lmows. But till today 3 days have passed yet no refund has been made. I am not friends with this seller but i have many mutual friends with this person Syarleeza Eleana Syariff. Listen here. If you are not going to refund Arfa Anuar back the money by today. police report will be made against you
