Can people with dietary requirements start knowing what you can and can’t eat? Shellfish allergy but loves oyster sauce. Gluten free but loves gluten as long as it’s not a piece of bread. Vegetarians that love a chicken wing. Pescatarians who eat chicken. Sort your sh*t out and let your waiter know. You make it really damn hard for people with actual allergies and dietary to go out to eat.

I knew this instructor when I sign up for personal trainer with fitness first. At first, he was a good trainer so I still sign personal lesson with him even when he resign from fitness first.
I still continue my training session with him in some gym call Dynamic Fitness. So that time we agree $90/per lesson(so which mean if there is no lesson done, there wont be any deduction). But I need to pay for 8 lessons first before he can take me as his clients. (As he told me he need the money urgently) So I paid him a total of $720.
I start having two lesson with him as I am very free and got time for training. But things start to go wrong when I start my new job. As I am busy with my work, I dont have time for training, which also means I still have
$560 balance(as no training lesson was done so there will be no deduction except for the two lessons I scheduled before).
Since the month before raya, he checked with me but I was busy due to the new driver job so didn’t get back to him and since then he didn’t check on me anymore. Right now, I have been chasing after him for the balance back in a nice and easy way but he blocked me in all channel. So I have come to decide to make this public and whoever are planning to take a instructor please look carefully at the person you are looking for.
For anyone that knew him, please kindly refer this to him. I dont care what people have to say but I will wait and see if he is going to return the money or not, otherwise I will be making this into a police report. #freelancerfitnessinstructor #PTI #fitnessfirst #fitnessinstructor

According to reports, a Singaporean was shocked when man bleeding out from his face appeared in front of the main door and asked for help.
A 32-year-old Vietnam man was attacked by one of his compatriots during a drinking session. A total of 5 men was present in the flat when the incident happened. After the dispute started. One of the men took out a knife and slash the victims face. After the slashing occurred, the group dispersed from the scene. It is unclear how the dispute.
Desperate for help, the victim went to his neighbour’s main door and seek help.

The police are investigating in this incident.
This is at Blk 229 CCK Central, I stopped to take a short video. The teacher was scolding at the kid chasing him out together with his bag, saying he is making so much noise while the other children are sleeping. And she wanted to close the door but noticed me taking video, thus changed her tone.
To this particular parent of the child, hope you see this and consider talking to the Teacher. This childcare is really not recommended as I always hear the teachers scolding the children. I believe Education is not this way. The teacher too told child, she will ask the rubbish man uncle to catch him. This is why I stopped to video her. Before I video her she was talking as though she has lost her temper.

So…. I have no idea how to start this but here it goes…. Please bear with me as I struggle to type this out. IT WILL BE A LONG LONG STORY.
This evening on the way back home from work, upon exiting PIE Bedok, I noticed something was wrong with my throttle just before the filter lane. This feeling was eerily familiar, and I instantly knew what it was – that fuel starved feeling on the throttle! Out of gas! Switch to reserve right? Yes! EXCEPT that I was ALREADY ON RESERVE (which I switched to my reserve tank the day before). Don’t ask me why I didn’t go to get it pumped please. Sometimes people do stupid things.

I know this feeling. I HATE THIS FEELING. I know fuel was gonna get cut off the moment my bike comes to a stop. I was a few traffic lights away from the petrol stations. If I had stopped there and then, I would be right at the filter lane at peak hour traffic. I took a gamble to try to reach ESSO, and my gamble didn’t pay off, of course. Bike stalled as I cruised to the red light at low rpm.
Side stand down, hazard light on. I dismounted from my bike and got ready to push it. At this point I was before Bedok North Neighbourhood Police Centre.
Green light in my favor and I started to push my bike towards the curb, past the T-Junction and to the nearest bus stop (Bedok 85 Market). I stopped after the bus stop to catch my breath. Sent an SOS on WhatsApp to my usual riding friends to ask if anyone was nearby Bedok.
Continued to push and rest, push and rest for a couple more times. Although out of fuel completely, I didn’t find my CBR400 any lighter at all because I was already damn tired from the pushing.
MAIN POINT
So already long story (but try to) cut shorter, as I was at a point where I could finally see ESSO from afar, a FOOD PANDA RIDER stopped his motorcycle infront of mine beside the curb, dismounted from his motorcycle, came to me and asked what happened. I told him “My bike ran out of petrol.” Immediately, he told me to park my bike on side stand, he will help me to push.
EXHAUSTED, SWEATY AND LEGS ALREADY JELLIED, I WAS MORE THAN GRATEFUL!!! Especially since I still had some distance to go, and to get to ESSO we had to cross to the other side of the road, and up the slope and hump into ESSO.
He pushed it way faster than I could walk. I struggled to keep up because I couldn’t feel my legs anymore.
So, this FOOD PANDA RIDER got my bike safely into ESSO so that I could get it refuelled. I only managed to get his name and this photo of his back view before he quickly went off to retrieve his bike which was parked by the side of the road some distance back, and probably carry on with his work.
His name is CHAPIQ (I hope I remembered it correctly, and I hope I didn’t mess up the spelling of your name). THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP. I AM SO THANKFUL. This took place at about 630pm.
The reason why I’m typing this, is not to draw unnecessary attention/flak to myself (which I am really not interested – so spare me the flaming), but the fact that in my ganchiongness and weariness, I had forgotten to AT THE VERY LEAST, buy him a drink to thank him!!!
PLEASE HELP ME TO SHARE THIS OUT. I DONT KNOW HOW ELSE TO REACH OUT TO HIM BUT I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU CHAPIQ. IF YOU EVER SEE THIS, PLEASE KNOW THAT I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP AND I REALLY OWE YOU A DRINK!!!

LASTLY, Appreciate if people can:
– refrain from making stupid comments such as “Because you female rider what.” I have never wanted to be associated with all that female rider hype, so please don’t start
– not suggest that I am exaggerating so much because it’s not much of a deal. Yes it’s not so much of a deal to you, but it is to me
– don’t ask me why I didn’t pump when I was already at reserve tank. My bike is 20 years old this year. It does not have a fuel gauge and sometimes people forget/miscalculate/become overconfident with their FC
– not tell me that I will be fined by TP/LTA for running out of petrol. By posting on FB my only goal is to reach out to the food panda rider to say thanks, and be reminded each and every year later by Facebook via Facebook’s On This Day feature to laugh at my stupidity, on this very beautiful Friday.

Previously a video of a woman hurling vulgarities and throwing pork at the Malay neighbour caused quite a stirred and many questions the mental health of the woman who committed the acts.
Even after the Judge gave her the order to under go two-years of treatment, this did not deter her from throwing pork at her neighbours. This month alone she committed the acts on at least six occasions.

Jalan to the West is a short 3-minutes satirical comedy animation which is inspired from the daily experiences commuters encounter whilst travelling from one end of the line to the next.
The title ‘Jalan to the West’ is also intended as a pun, where the team intended to refer to the famous Chinese folklore, parodying the journey of the monk as he travels to the West to receive scriptures from the Golden lands of the west. “Jalan” is a Malay word that refers to travelling, thus combining these two worlds which is able to translate a South-East Asian taste.

Please check the Malaysian Immigration Stamp when traveling in and out of Malaysia …
Entry stamps are in square shape and in blue!
Keluar stamp in triangle shape and in red
Instead I got the same shape blue and red untuk masuk and keluar.
End up they sent me to the grill room for 30 mins!
U can imagine how many passports she stamped that day with the wrong stamp and imagine how many Singaporeans end up in the Grill Room subsequently on their return.

Riders all received outpatient treatment. Glad they are OK. Let’s not presume. Driver is Singaporean and has excellent driving record for nearly 20 years. Let’s wait for outcome of investigation before we assume. Let’s not jump the Gun. I personally know the driver, a very very nice man and always helps others.
