A 22-year-old boy got into an argument with the 45-year-old noodle seller. The 22-year-old took a chopper and slash the 45-year-old with a kitchen knife till the head drop off.
The scuffle started because the boy asked the victim the following.

This made the 22-year-old piss off and hacked him continuously. The video can be watched here.

Dear Parents, kindly join our hands into relating to the relevant authorities that CCTV SHOULD and MUST be installed in every childcare centers in Singapore. They should make it a compulsory thing.
Add in that relevant authorities should make and do more unannounced spot checks on cc centers be it to check their teachers’ standard or hygiene standard.
Approval of cc licenses should also b stricter n not just “u can afford to pay we will give it to u” kind of system. For the sake of our young ones, kindly fill in the ECDA feedback forms and submit.
