This is the level of service recovery you can expect — Crushed my baggage- promised to replace/compensate within 24hrs- failed to deliver their promise n leave you helpless and stranded – no response from airline until 1 week ltr – expects you to lug your CRUSHED luggage home so that they can conduct a “thorough investigation” – takes 1 week to reply every time – don’t expect any human touch cause you’ll be dealing with website feedback forms n no-reply emails from KLM.

The conclusion offers to pay S$15 as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL n “We hope this gesture of goodwill helps towards restoring your confidence in our airline”.

Imagine what luggage u can buy with $15 at this time n age. No thanks klm.

Pray hard that your luggage reaches your destination in 1 piece, otherwise good luck to you KLM travellers.

A Teochew porridge stall located at Upper Serangoon Road got wrecked by four customers at the wee hours of Saturday morning after arguing with the staff about the amount of the bill.

The bill was $28 and the customers were upset over the amount. They ended up flipping a marble table which shattered over the floor and used the chairs to smash up the food stall.

According to reports, the four customers who destroyed the food stall was believed to be drunk. Police reports were made, by the time police arrived on the scene, the four had already left.

is this the price to pay when they suka suka say due to high demand !!!

A father of our sister in Islam works as an auditor of tentages.

Then while inspecting bazaar geylang tentage, he saw a *dengdeng* stall and decided to approach the owner. He found out the owner is Chinese but the worker is Malay.

So he asked “what meat is this?” the malay worker replied “don’t know” then he asked the owner the same qs. The owner said ” all it’s ori ori(original). Spices all we use are ori” (he still hasnt answered the qs yet). My friend’s father asked him for the 2nd time what meat he uses but the owner cant answer and his face started to change (annoyed).

So i urged brothers and sisters in Islam to be more careful when buying food outside especially if the seller is a non-muslim. What we consume will become part of our flesh/blood(which we cant flush them out easily)

Accenture posts a job preferring US or Indian management grads.

“Accenture SG placed a job advertisement the Singapore Government’s Jobsbank it requires candidates applying to have “PhD/MS in quantitative sciences or Post Grad in Management (Marketing/ Finance/SCM) preferably from a US university or Indian management school.”

Successful applicants can expect to draw a salary of between $9,000 and $12,000 and 2 vacancies are available.”

I find the advertisement absolutely disgraceful and is another demonstration of how Singaporean workers are discriminated against in their own country.
In my Labour Day Speech , which you can view below , I demanded that the PAP Government give priority to Singaporeans for Singapore jobs . Singapore is one of the rare countries where its own citizens are not given priority when it comes to jobs . The so called Fair Consideration Framework which the PAP touts in its own defense is so porous it offers scant protection to the Singaporean worker who more often than not finds his lunch stolen by foreign workers.

The advertisement shown below is a not so subtle hint that the employer is looking for an Indian worker. I do not know of any Singaporean who has attended an Indian Business School! This example shows why the so called Fair Consideration Framework is completely inadequate to protect the interests of the Singaporean worker. The government is closing a blind eye to egregious violations by employers in their ingenuity to get around so called protections for the Singaporean worker.

Singaporeans deserve much better from their government and we need tougher laws and regulations to make sure that Singaporeans are employed first !! It is a good paying job that is being advertised and we should look after our own Singaporeans first!

#NUS , #NTU and #SMU I am sure will also have a lot to say as to why they are classified as inferior to Indian Business Schools ! Are their curriculum outdated?
