HEART TRUTHS OF A SG EMPLOYER: SINGAPOREAN WORKERS TOO PAMPERED?

Dear fellow sporean,

Sorry to said that the truth hurts. Many of my local colleagues are no longer competitive? We no longer work on time, giving excuse claiming family issue, back pain, MC, stressful workload. I used to give many opportunities to my fellow young local sporean.

For them to take advantage of the work opportunity. For them to learn. Learning and sharing is part of my work ethic to them. However, it is very shameful. They don’t even bother to try. Either they will give excuse, BF Do not want them to work late or parent don’t want them to have too much work load. Ironically, her BF was still studying and no income to support them. Parent claim too much work load will harms her health but she smoke daily. Needless to said both lady quit.

Another one give up the job cos she got no one to guide her. Even demanded must have ppl to guide her. When guidance render to her she said she needs to attend religion class. Not willing to take initiative is the only thing I observe? Pls note above issue are supported with group chat.

Can any body help as how can we engage with our local fellow sporean?

S’POREANS WHO TAKE LEAVE WHEN MRT BREAKS DOWN GET SCOLDED BY FT MANAGER!

Are Singaporeans even committed to working and contributing to employment or rather stay at home and wait for money to drop from the sky? Is the MRT the only transportation they can take to work?

I am sick and tired of my local employees taking last minute leaves and MC because if train service disruption when there is an important meeting, can’t they just pay more to take taxi, uber or grab to work? How expensive it is? $30 or USD 3000 for a ride? Keep on being so calculative and disloyal to their companies, then later a after getting sacked, they will start to complain and say no jobs for them.

Why are Singpaoreans like that? Rather be a cheapskate? Then now they will say all the foreigners are stealing their jobs, this is because we come to work an hour early, and don’t mind paying more just to get to work on time. Singaporeans, shame on you.
