A man shared his story after his elderly father was charged $9 for two chicken wings and a side of roast pork at a coffee shop.
This is almost twice what others would charge. When the man went back to ask about the price he was told not to come back if he cannot afford it.

Purposely chop old folks. The most expensive chicken rice i have ever paid for.
My dad went to this new coffeeshop at 81 lor limau. Order chicken rice (2 chicken wings + roast pork) total cost $9.
The rice was sold separately as well. When I went back n questioned the hawker (who was Malaysian), he responded if I cannot afford it, next time should not come back.
9 bucks for 2 chicken wings + few pieces of roast pork and rice is sold separately is obviously ripping my dad off.
