In light of the recent spate of unsavoury racial incidents, it is heartening to finally see videos of different races displaying respect and tolerance to one another.
In a video clip posted onto Twitter, user @iamdjsathiya shared a video clip of a Chinese woman passing by an Indian lady who was seen cleaning and arranging her deity’s altar outside her home.
As the Chinese woman walked past the altar, she clasped her hands together and bowed down respectfully towards the deity, before continuing on her way.
The Indian lady was seemingly caught off guard by her actions and turned around to do a double take.
Netizens were praising the woman’s actions, lauding her respectful behavior.
