Local comedian and veteran actor Suhaimi Yusof, best known for his portrayal of Jojo Joget on Channel 5’s The Noose, took to Facebook to share about his negative experience with GrabFood.
Suhaimi ordered 50 food items via GrabFood and he never received his food, even though the order status on the app stated that it was “delivered”.
He then contacted Grab’s customer service and the officer refused to give Suhaimi his full name and insisted that the food was delivered, saying that a photo was even taken by the delivery guy.
Suhaimi then said that he never received any photo or food items.
The customer service officer even encouraged him to make a police report.
It has since been revealed that the rider had actually delivered the order to a different block nearby with the same unit number.
Suhaimi has since been refunded by Grab.
