From the video, a stack of new posters was left by the side of a rubbish bin. The man taking the video was heard saying that the contractor did not do their job and throw away the campaign posters.
Seriously, what is happening here is unacceptable. How can contractors do such a thing?
The bare minimum is to do the job properly when people pay you to do so. If you don’t want to do it then you shouldn’t have even accepted the job in the first place.
