A video emerged online showing an errant cyclist beating the red light at a traffic junction before crashing into another cyclist who was crossing the road and conforming to the traffic light.
The accident happened at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 on 19 December at about 7pm.
The traffic light was seen in the video turning from green to red, with the camcar (who captured the incident on the dashcam) coming to a stop at the red light.
An errant cyclist then sped past the car and beat the red light, and as he was about to reach the other side of the junction, he crashed into the other cyclist.
The stricken cyclist appeared to be unaware of the errant cyclist that was speeding towards him, as both cyclists got knocked off their bicycles.
A few passers-by then came over to help the two fallen cyclists.
