I like to file a complaint against Starhub for chasing their own customers away, especially when we are about to renew our TV contract. We came to the Westgate Starhub outlet at 5 pm on Christmas eve and they stopped us from going in.
I thought their closing hours are 6 pm because of Christmas eve, so why are they close earlier than the stated time? This leaves a very bad impression on your current and potential customers, with this kind of bad customer service, don’t expect the other customers to be that happy the next time.
