A video surfaced online showing a cyclist being stopped by traffic policemen on the expressway.
The cyclist was seen cycling on the expressway, purportedly CTE, as he was caught by 4 traffic policemen on the road shoulder.
An EMAS recovery truck was then seen towing the bicycle away.
