Do not set off improvised explosive devices constructed using sparklers.
Anyone caught doing so may be prosecuted for negligent conduct with respect to any explosive substance, punishable with an imprisonment of up to a year and / or with fine.
Should the act lead to any hurt caused, the offender may be prosecuted for voluntarily causing hurt with heated or explosive substances, punishable with an imprisonment of up to 7 years, or with fine, or with caning, or any combination of the three.
