Awoken at 4 am by a wailing sound. Looked out the window and saw a full moon . Pretty scary.

Then I looked around and found some police lights. Went down to have a look.
Some bastard actually abandoned a pet dog. Tied to a tree. No collar ID, so I try to capture as many photos as to give some clue to who the bastard owner might be.
Location, along Clementi Ave 2. Police has alerted AVA.
