A woman posted on Facebook claiming that a dog groomer has mistreated dogs who are ungoing haircuts at the Fur Room.

As a pawparent we are sending our pawfamily to enjoy the grooming session and not for them to cause distress, traumatised , injuries, mistreating
From the video , there is no disobedient or misbehaving of this poodle. A metal comb can be seen hitting the poodle too. Rough handling by pulling hard combing the poodle head.
Pulling and lifting up the tail ( are you handicap)
Video can be seen when the poodle fall from the ground , the groomer act as normal, no checking on the poodle condition. Strangling the neck instead of holding the chin to cut
(Video won’t tell lies , it showing the solid evidence)
Even if any dog not cooperate during grooming session, as a grooming industry I am aware that you are trained professionally on how to handle in a gentle way.
This is so uncalled . No animals should be treated in this manner. Zero empathy towards handling of animal
We, as a owner, we giving you fully trust that you taking good care of our lovely pet.
Who should we entrust and losing faith finding a good groomer by publishing only a good image on your shop ?
Pulling Tail damages spinal cord
Tail pulling will cause damage on the spinal core. Rough handling will causing stress to the animal. Fall from the grooming table will cause injury on their leg. (There is cases happening in Malaysia that a poodle being hanged on the air and death when only a collar using on that particular dog). Rough handling by two groomers pulling tail (Showing only a handicap person doing this). Treated like toy WTF
If you have no patience grooming a dog, you are NOT FIT to be a groomer and OUT in this industry . You need to be passionate to join this industry so you can keep up your good work , mutual trust and build long relationship with your clients. So you think the animal don’t have a voice to speak for themself, you can do anything you like .
There are many cases happening behind the wall , the authority should look into it and this case must be look into it . A mandatory CCTV must be installed at all angle except cashier counter n toliet submitted to the relevant government department daily at the end of the day’s to ensure the well-being of dog welfare and safeguard the animals, this applies to all pet industry (daycare, breeding farm, pet grooming shop, dog farm, dog training school) , mandatory to take up course on handling animals and certified before opening a shop
