Dear AVA, this is the kind of environment that this dog has been kept in.. neither clean nor odour free environment.
first, the water trap will be trapped w faeces, urination from the dog.
second, the stench is going to harm neighbours and the dog.
third, the dog’s welfare is at stake.
the dog is held in “captive” for the past 1 year+ and still counting..

2. We have completed our investigation. Our officers have visited the said address and found the dog to be healthy, alert and responsive. There was no welfare issue with the dog. The place was found to be clean, tidy and odour free. The kennel is of adequate size to accommodate the dog.
