About a week ago a black dog by the name of Oreo escaped from it’s cage when boarding a flight at the airport and the owner’s trip had to be cancelled.
The search continues as the owner posted a Facebook post yesterday (Apr 9) with a poster seeking the whereabouts of the dog.
The heartbroken owner pleads on the internet stating that the dog has been with her since a baby and wishes to located her pet as soon as possible.
Here is what the owner posted:
Oreo has been baby since she was just months old. If she’s out there somewhere, she could be anywhere now, lost, and is trying to find her way home (West Coast/River Valley/Pasir Panjang) from Changi. Please help to spread the word to anyone and everyone living in Singapore. Any help to spot her would be so so appreciated. Please help me to get my baby home
How the dog escaped
The dog broke out of her crate while boarding an SQ plane from Changi Airport and both airport and SATS staff began the search for the dog after the incident.
The dog had an air tag on him but they still could not find it.
The owner subsequently started to appeal to residents that stay near the airport to keep a lookout for the dog.
