ESSO RAISE PUMP PRICE BY 3 CENTS A LITRE

With fuel prices at a very low price, it is evident that petrol prices should be low. But the actual price of petrol in Singapore proves otherwise.

Fuel prices hit an all-time low and petrol companies were slow to ‘react’ to the new prices.

But Esso increases their price by 3 cents per litre, shortly after fuel prices gone up from $19.30 to US$35.50. The increase of 3 cents was ‘quick to react’, it only took them one week.

Where is the fair play?

This is their new price

  • 92 Octane – $1.98/L
  • 95 Octane – $2.02/L
  • 98 Octane – $2.39/L

Meanwhile, our neighbours in Malaysia announced that are not raising transport fares as fuel prices are TOO LOW.
