Thai Woman Reports Being Groped by Fake Cop in Pattaya Nightclub
A disturbing incident of sexual harassment has been reported in Pattaya, Thailand, after a 39-year-old woman, referred to as Aim, was allegedly groped by a man posing as a police officer in a nightclub on South Pattaya Road. The incident occurred early yesterday morning while Aim was enjoying a drink and listening to music at the establishment.
According to Aim’s account, a group of ten men approached her, and one of them, claiming to be a police officer from Rayong province, initiated a conversation with her. After briefly leaving her table, the man returned and allegedly reached inside her shirt, grabbing her breasts, causing her significant distress.
Aim shouted in response, drawing the attention of the man’s companions, who threatened her, claiming that the man was indeed a police officer. Despite their claims, Aim insisted that the man had no right to touch her inappropriately.
The Pattaya police were promptly contacted, and officers arrived at the nightclub, but the group of men had already fled the scene through the back door. Aim has since filed a police report, demanding legal action against the alleged offender.
The Pattaya police are actively investigating the case and working to identify the suspect involved in the incident. This incident highlights the importance of addressing sexual harassment and ensuring that perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.
