Following the scandalous cheating allegations, Mediacorp has since issued an announcement on 22 January that Fatin Amira will be on a 2-week hiatus from hosting the lifestyle TV show Manja episodes on Suria, according to BERITA Mediacorp.

Amira, who is one of the four hosts on the show, didn’t appear on the 22 January episode, and is also not expected to make an appearance on the 29 January episode next week.

Recap on The Scandal

Singaporean actress and host, Nurul Aini, finds herself entangled in an alleged cheating scandal following the circulation of a video featuring her husband, Sofian Roslan, in a car and later at a hotel with another woman, allegedly identified as Suria actress Fatin Amira, as reported by 8 Days.

The video, initially shared on TikTok and now reposted by various accounts, reportedly shows Sofian Roslan inside a parked car with another woman. He is seen dressed in all black, sporting sunglasses and a black cap.

The video’s opening sequence shows the man in all black and the woman, dressed in a purple top and denim skirt, getting into a Mercedes sedan parked in a car park. They exit the car separately.

The next scene depicts the pair entering a hotel, likely Capri By Fraser China Square, walking into the lobby separately.

Later, the woman, now in a different black shirt, appears to exit through the hotel doors, once again walking separately.

They return to their car in the car park, once more separately. Inside the front seats, the camera zooms in on them seemingly sharing a kiss before driving away.

“Incredibly Difficult Time”

Responding to the circulating video, Nurul Aini addressed the situation on her social media, appealing for privacy during this challenging period for her family. The couple, married for 16 years with three children, acknowledged the difficulties they are facing.
