Anyone encounter bad attitude delivery rider?
To be fair, I was very tired after work as in I working in frontline so I on afternoon shift (till midnight) so I wanna sleep awhile more and so I pvt msg the rider that I will remote and open the big gate once he reach but then his replied kena rude.
I msg him in prior to inform so that he can enter thru the big gate. And won’t delay his next order.. I don’t mind the food cold because I wanna sleep awhile more before my shift started.
In the end I went down and explained to him..

Rider : You scared die don’t order in
Customer : I’m doing some stuff that’s why I ask you to leave it on the shoe shelf
Rider : ok
Customer : I am not afraid of dying. I am a front liner (paraphrased)
Customer : Why do you have to say such stuff?
