Johor chief minister Onn Hafiz Ghazi announced the free shuttle bus service that ferries travelers from two JB Sentral locations to the JB customs.

Travelers can board the bus from Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Jin Quee, and then alight at the JB Bangunan Sultan Iskandar (BSI) customs, or the CIQ building.
The bus operates at 10 minute intervals and will be available daily from 10am to 12am.
Hafiz said that this move was made to address the congestion at the pedestrian bridge from JB Sentral to the BSI building.
This will let travelers reach the customs without having to go through the JB Sentral – BSI bridge.

Hafiz added that he hopes this move can help ease the congestion in JB Sentral and BSI, as well as provide comfort to travelers.
