
i saw the ad on lazada but it only list 1 price which is the single size, the other sizes have to order from their website. after messaging them they sent me many photos of the king loft bed in hdb and condos andI made the purchase.
On the date of the delivery, the delivery worker came up and said that cannot fit in the lift and sent it back to the warehouse, I message miyamiko and they just replied that they are not responsible carry stairs. I said that they can change it for a smaller one that can fit in the lift or send me a refund but they said they don’t have a refund policy and cant change the product.

so I asked them what is the plan to deliver and they said the furniture cannot fly upstairs I have to find a Bangla from nearby to carry it up for me. they gave me the warehouse contact number and told me that I have to arrange for the delivery as well as pay for the warehouse and storage fee. I was fed up at this point and filed a report to the case, however, case said that this case is not regarding product defect and they cannot help me as my case is primarily about refund and i only can file a state small claim.
I thought that it was too troublesome and decided to resell it on carousel, paying the $30 resend and storage fees, however, the buyer’s house had a slope and the delivery worker didn’t want to bring it up.
I told miyamiko to settle it and they totally ignored me they said they only do supply and install and no delivery. on their page, it is stated free delivery and installs and they totally shunned their responsibility to their buyers even ignoring me. i then filed a small claim on the 7th of August and sent it to them which they acknowledge. the court date is on the 25th of august. however, on the 11th august miyamiko told me that the delivery company cannot store the item anymore and they will deliver and leave it on the first floor I quote them “any losing or complain we will not be responsible”

i filed a police report as they are purposely trying to make the delivery to the VOID DECK before the court date. after which on the 18th august miyamiko sent me pictures of the package at the lift landing and said: “to proof we have delivered to you the package cannot fit we put downstairs.
The small package is outside your door. please recieve as soon, any losting we will not be responsible”. i called the town council and luckily the nice people there agreed to store it till after the court’s date and the decision are finished. the delivery company (not miyamiko)sent me an email to ask for my paynow number to refund me the resend and storage fee. I
asked them why they are refunding me and for more information as well as briefly explaining to them the situation. the reply from them was “no wonder the supplier act on it, they have collected it from my warehouse according to them they are sending it directly to you all”. I further probe them to confirm that it is not the warehouse that couldn’t store the item anymore but in fact miyamiko that came to deliver the item to me purposely before the court date.
I got a call from them and they explained to me that miyamiko wanted them to leave it at the lift lobby but they refused and the lady(miyamiko) was furious and even tried lying that their buyer has agreed to the item being left downstairs and that we had prior arrangments.
I asked them how many other similar cases have occurred before and they told me around 8 or 9. as I needed the information in black and white I asked them to email everything to me so that I can file it in court which they did later. it is very apparent that miyamiko is trying to corner me into accepting the delivery to the void deck before the court date so as to not give me my refund as they have recieve my refund. to miyamiko: checkmate, u played yourself
