It is not known why he had parked stationary at the middle of Wilkie Rd refusing to move, but yet again, he doesn’t seem too happy as he blares his horns at the empty road and later coming out of his vehicle and hurling vulgarities and throwing a bottle.
We could hear from the video that an individual had asked another man to go just incase the ‘crazy man’ beats him.
